THEY WERE HELPFUL IN FINDING THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO DO SO. IT TOOK US A COUPLE OF TIMES NAGGING THEM. THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEY WERE ALL VERY NICE.

THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT PART. THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME FIRST ACTUALLY GAVE US A BETTER SYSTEM. HE CAME BACK THE SECOND TIME, BECAUSE HE SAID HE FELT SO BAD FOR US GETTING SCREWED OVER THE FIRST TIME. AFTER THEY DID INSTALL IT, IT WAS FINE.

THE SERVICE WAS FAST AND NOT EXPENSIVE, I ONLY PAID FOR THE PRICE OF THE MODEM CARD. THEY INSTALLED IT, THEN THEY RAN A SYSTEMS CHECK AT NO PRICE. I ONLY WAITED IN LINE FOR 15 MINUTES WHILE HE GOT THE MODEM AND STARTED THE COMPUTER.
