Good, thorough.

The initial service call went fine. Shortly after I called the service rep a few times as we were getting a hum through the system. I never heard back from them and honestly, life got in the way and I never pursued the problem. 

Great. They performed the services remotely, did everything in asked and answered all questions I had.

The tech called early in the morning to give me an estimated time he would by to look at the TV. Wish more companies would do that instead of having you sit around all day. Once he arrived, within the time frame, he set out to diagnose the problem. It was something simple, and he explained the steps he took to diagnose the issue. I would use them again even though the price to just come by is $150 that does not include parts and labor. It is very difficult in the four corners area to get someone to come by to do appliance/electronic repair. The downside is that the appointment was over a week from the day the TV stopped working. However, if you want your TV fixed in your home, and are suspicious of TV repair shops or if you have a large TV this is the way to go.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. I LIKE THAT THEY HAVE A SERVICE DEPARTMENT RIGHT THERE AT THE STORE. THEY WERE FINE. THEY DIDN'T ASK ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW IT HAPPENED, THEY JUST FIXED IT.

THEY WERE FINE. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY TROUBLE. THEY CAME AND GOT THE WORK DONE. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG FOR THEM TO DO THIS. IT TOOK ONLY ABOUT 30 MINUTES.

IT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY DID. IF YOU CAN FIND A FRIEND TO DO THE SAME THING, YOU COULD PROBABLY PAY THEM HALF THE AMOUNT. I TRUSTED THEM WITH MY COMPUTER THOUGH. I STILL TRUST THEM AFTER THEY FIXED MY COMPUTER.

THEY ARE HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT IS CONVENIENT TO GO THERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE EVERYTHING. WE GO TO THEM BECAUSE OF THE PRICE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT.

MY DAUGHTER WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE INFORMATION SHE RECEIVED. WE LIKE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR ALL OUR ELECTRONICS. WE BOUGHT OUR CELL PHONES THROUGH THEM AND OUR CAMERA. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE KNEW IMMEDIATELY HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. I'M HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. THEY COMPLY WITH WHAT THEY PROMISE. THEY FIXED IT PROMPTLY AND VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

WE WERE EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. WE HAD PURCHASED A WARRANTY THAT DIDN'T COVER WHAT OUR DAMAGE WAS. PUNCTUALITY WISE, IT WAS RETURNED 8 WEEKS AFTER IT WAS PROMISED TO US. THE INDIVIDUALS IN THIS CASE WERE NOT WORTH IT.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, AND I'VE BOUGHT ANOTHER COMPUTER FROM THEM SINCE THEN. THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT. THEY'RE REALLY GOOD.

IT WAS GOOD. WE HAVE USED THEM A FEW TIMES, SO I WOULD SAY THEY ARE VERY GOOD. AS FAR AS MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM ON A WHOLE, THE BILL MATCHED THE PRICE. THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY HAVE THEIR REWARD PROGRAM. YOU GET SO MANY POINTS FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU SPEND.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IT WAS BETTER THAN WHEN I FIRST GOT IT. THEY HAD EXPERTISE. THE PEOPLE WERE PRETTY FRIENDLY. I ALWAYS GO THERE TO BUY EVERYTHING. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY GOOD AND DEFINITELY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HIGH QUALITY. THE WORK WAS TIMELY AND DONE FOR A FAIR PRICE. IT WAS JUST THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM AND THEY KNEW HOW TO FIX IT.

The sales person at Best Buy was very helpful in explaining the variety of systems available to create a home theatre for our family room. He was very professional and knowledgeable and allowed us to make an informed decision without any sales pressure.
