It went very well. Very professional installers, answered all of my questions. Best Buy/Geek squad not always easy to get ahold of, but I have no complaints about the process of installation or the gentlemen who did the work.

They put on foot covers to eliminate dirt in house given it was a wet day and did a great job with the installation. They then cleaned everything up prior to leaving and removed the unwanted old mount.

They did a very good job. They came when they said they would. I felt very good about them. They ordered a part, and they got the part back in when they said they would. They were very knowledgeable people. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

He came in on a Sunday, and was in and out because he had other appointments and couldn't find the problem. He finally fixed it though! It just took a long time for him to make sure all the programs ran right. The people at Geek Squad told me that I was going to cost exactly what he charged me.

IT WAS QUITE SLOW. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE FIVE DAYS TO FIX IT, AND IT WAS THIRTY DAYS. EVERY TIME I TRIED TO CALL, I COULDN'T GET THROUGH. I HAD TO GO IN PERSON TO GET ANY UPDATES. WHEN I WAS THERE, I HAD TO TAKE A NUMBER AND WAIT JUST TO SEE IF IT WAS DONE.
