Saving a ton of money on insurance thanks to the wind mitigation report (and passing!). Gerry is a genuinely nice guy with all his home inspection certifications and his wife is wonderful at scheduling/processing payments. He has a genuine appreciation for homes and was happy to answer all questions we had!

Lynn handles the scheduling and billing. She was amazing! So prompt and professional. We were relocating and purchasing a new home and chose to contract for all inspections they offered. This was our choice with no "hard sale"/sales pitch from anyone. Highly recommend this company!

He was very thorough with everything and explained it all to me. I had a lot of questions that he was able to answer as well. The guy was very prompt and professional. He was honest and had a very high integrity about him.
