Countertop and Backsplash Service
Contracted with company in February 2007. Project not completed until July 2007 and still unsatisfactory. Quality of work -- poor. Follow-up -- poor. Dealt directly with owners who either misrepresented facts or failed to have a handle on their business. Installed incorrect granite (not what we selected -- through three selection processes). Did not return phone calls. Damaged drywall and paint. They refused to pay installers and a lien has been placed against home although no contractual relationship existed between installers and homeowner. Letter available of events if necessary.
