They did an excellent, efficient, and quality job. They were prompt in coming to give a bid, gave us a date and explained how the work would progress. They were promptly there on the date and work went as planned. There were some rotten boards which they replaced at a very reasonable rate. There prep and their clean-up was exemplary. They covered the shrubs, moved some pots we had forgotten, and the dumpster was removed the day after completion. I highly recommend them. We have had many heavy rains since completion and not one problem.

Excellent work done. This is the third roof replacement we have done in the past 30 years, and this one was the best. The workmanship was excellent, the cleanup was the best we've experienced, and the work was completed in two days. These people are really good.

Universal was excellent. They had fair price and great work. Warren was very friendly and professional. My insurance company must have known they are reputable because it was quick and easy. Unlike that shady company that chases every house with their red trucks that wants you to sign a contract right away. Universal did not even offer a contract until after insurance had done their thing. Warren reviewed the options with no pressure we selected what we wanted. Once the contract was signed I received updates all along the way. When everything was finished they came out and did a thorough walk through to make sure that we were pleased. Highly recommend.

Initially, we had to wait several weeks before they were able to get out and get the job done.  But once they arrived, early if I may add, they humped it and did the job in 2 days.

They did a great job with the project from start to finished. Totally great job on the roof and did awesome with the clean up. I am very pleased with their job and how the worked all the way to the office people I dealt with. They wanted to make sure all was do so professional and get the job done.

From the moment I made initial contact with the office for an estimate, to the time we met with George, the estimator, we were impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism. I received a prompt call back to schedule the estimate. George came out and got on the roof, took pictures, and shared his findings. He later stopped by after office hours to share the estimate details and answer all of our questions. Throughout the process he was in constant communication and welcomed and addressed all of our questions. The workers worked efficiently and did a great job with the new roof and all of the cleanup. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend Florida Universal Roofing.

It went great, they went over and above in trying to accommodate my needs. Joseph Luca sold me the roof and was particularly helpful during all phases of the work. During the process, they not only replaced my roof, but repaired some damage and fixed some areas that the original builder missed 15 years ago. I have a water problem due to the slope of the roof and they provided me with some solutions to trying to alleviate that problem. Each step of the way was explained fully.

WHAT A GREAT JOB DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THEY DID EXACTLY AS CONTRACTED AND THE SITE WAS LEFT CLEAN OF ALL OLD MATERIALS AND NAILS. THIS WAS DONE AFTER THE FOUR HURRICANES. I HAD NONE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH START DATES OR COMPLETIONS THAT MANY OF MY OTHER NEIGHBORS EXPERIENCED.
