That is the company we went with instead. I have used them before in the past. We went ahead and hired them for a termite treatment and bug extermination. We signed up for 1 year of service. I will continue to use them.

They provided us a hood quality of service. They know what they are doing. They have been pretty informative. They seem knowledgeable.

They work very well, now we are buzz free. They are very good and come out promptly whenever there is a problem. They are a very competitive company and they do a really good job.They are very easy to get on the phone.

Their price is fair; they are not really expensive. They come when requested and come as many times as I want them to. They are pretty nice and I will use them again in the future.

I didn't care for them. When I set up the service, I wanted Florida Pest to come at a certain time in the morning, every time. It took me months and months for me to get that in their head. They would show up and just leave me a bill. I didn't even know if they had done anything. Then, they would call the at 4:55pm the day before, and tell me they were coming between such and such a time the next morning. I didn't get home from work until 5:30, and couldn't get in touch with them until the next day! It was a lack of communication, and I wasn't happy. Once it was straightened out, things were OK, but I won't use them again.

Overall everything is good.

They are here when they say they are going to be here. We don't seem to have any problems with them. The gentleman who does the work is quite friendly and seems to know what he is doing. We don't have any pests and they come to our house when we are not even there. They have a key and there has never been anything missing. Everything seems to be just fine. We have not compared their prices but we are satisfied with their pricing.

They have sprayed the wrong places multiple times. They come back and fix it eventually but I have to watch and make sure they are doing right. Their prices are competitive. Once I get hold of them, they do come and take care of problems. Some of them are professional and some of them are not. I will probably continue to use them for termites but I am not sure for pest control. I already have paid them for this year.

We have been using them for the past 11 years. They are local and the person that does our home is very nice, and we never have any bugs in the house so we know they are doing a good job for us. We will continue to use them in the future.

I've been with them for 13 years. I haven't changed and they've been wonderful to work with. I have a pest free environment. They have very flexible payment plans. One can pay yearly or monthly. I pay annually because of the nice cash discount. Overall, they are excellent. I'm not looking to change. There's always somebody cheaper and based on what they do, they exceed in every category. I would continue to use them in the future.

I had an appointment for services from 9-11am. I received a phone call at 10:50 letting me know that the serviceman's car broke down and he would be at my house in 20 minutes. An hour and a half later, approximately 12:30, I called to see where he was. I was told he would now be at my house at 1:45. I waited again, and at 1:45 called again, to be told he would be another half hour. I had waited all day, promise after promise. If they had just been honest about the timeframe, I wouldn't have wasted a whole day. At 2:00, I spoke with a manager who informed me that in this industry, they send their men out in the morning, and have no idea how their schedule is going, so he felt blameless. If their company has individuals that simply cannot provide the courtesy of a simple phone call, they will not get my business. Very, very disappointing.

I was very impressed with the process. They did a thorough job and I felt that their procedure was better than others I've used. I felt that the price was a bit higher, but the quality of the service made it justifiable.

We rented a house and noticed several dead roaches. I wanted the house to be exterminated before we moved in and by luck when I called for new service it was already under contract from the previous renters so there was no charge! What are the odds of that! Someone was out that same day and I have never seen a live roach.

I have a yearly agreement with Florida Pest Control and it works out just fine for me. They come and do their thing and leave, and so did the insects. If there is any problem between scheduled visits they are right there to take care of it at no extra charge. I recommend these exterminators.

I think they are pretty friendly and they do a good job. We have a contract with them which we pay on a monthly basis. The initial payment was 1200 dollar and then I pay them once a month approximately 215. The quality of their work is excellent.

The representative drew up a schematic for me to show what they would do. I had two types of termites. They had to take my furniture and treat it at their facility. I really appreciated their service, so much I subscribed to their lawn service.

The technician was on time, friendly, went right to work, semi explained the process he was about to accomplish and quietly examined my home. He told us everything was fine, was going to spot treat and he would be on his way.

We have used this company for years. They are very diligent about their work. I used them when I first got termites, they stuck with it until the problem was taken care of and have maintained my home, termite free, ever since and that has been 8 years.

THE SERVICE IS GOOD AND REQUIRES LITTLE TO NO FOLLOW THROUGH. ANY TIME WE HAVE HAD A PROBLEM THEY HAVE COME BACK WITH NO PROBLEM. SPECIAL REQUESTS ARE NOT A PROBLEM WITH THEM. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
