Shahram and Cindie are amazing. They work hard to get you the best interest rate and do a great job of explaining the details. They are friendly and easy to talk to. Shahram is very straight forward, honest and let's you know exactly what his fees are. He does not withhold any information. Their no pressure attitude is also very welcoming. In my scenario the home I was trying to purchase was extremely painful but Shahram and Cindie were patient and did everything they could to keep the ball rolling. I feel that, had I gone with another mortgage broker the situation would not have gone as smoothly. They have great customer service and do not treat you like another number. 
My biggest upset was since everything was done over the phone and email, I never got a chance to thank them in person. They are wonderful people and I will certainly be a repeat customer if I ever purchase another home. I would recommend FL Home Funding to anyone.

My bank was disappointing so I researched and Florida Home Funding has the best reviews by far of all the refinance options.  Shahram and Cindie answered all my questions.  I did the whole loan process via phone, internet, and the traveling notary that came to my home.  This was the easiest refinance I have ever done.  What impressed me was ALL the people involved are wonderful to deal with.  You get the best service and the lowest rates.
