Florida Custom Fence

Jerry was very responsive.  He was quick to reply via Email and arrived to our home on time.  He was great with follow-up as well.  He explained our options and the fence manufactures.  He is very knowledgeable in this business and his experience shows.  The job was completed correctly and quickly.  They took care of all permits from the city.  We are very happy with the end product.  No complaints.

It was very good and finished like in 1 day.  It was done exactly as I wanted.  There was one thing about the cleanup, as they left a spot, but did it later.  I will use them in future.

Jerry, the owner was extremely professional and prompt. There was a boundary issue with our neighbor, but Jerry responded promptly(he came out on a Sunday) and had his workers correct the issue the next day. HIs workers were efficent and courteous , but there could be a little improvment in the cleaning up process.

They did the work on time and on budget. They also did all the adjustments we asked for to follow the terrain. The job was good enough that my neighbor also used them. My HOA required documentation which they assisted in getting. Only one slight problem. They forgot to put the caps on top of one of my gates. They mailed me the caps which I put on in a couple of minutes.

Jerry was extremely fast with the estimate, and was available the following week. His guys weren't able to come out early on the agreed-upon morning, due to another project going long, so there was some confusion at first but they guys showed up and stayed late, dropping off the wood and taking out existing chain link fencing and digging the required holes, and even taking down a few small trees/bushes that were in the way. They came out the next day to work, and again the following afternoon staying late to finish everything up. I did have problems with the gates sagging tremendously within the first month, and some of the gates seemed shoddily put together (my lawn guys couldn't even get in the back). I called Jerry (who wasn't present during the gate install), and said that the guys were using an old method of gate construction and not his preferred method, so he came out and took a look and promised new gates at no charge. It took a couple of weeks for him to fit me in his schedule, but he made new gates without any muss or fuss on my end beyond the first call and one follow-up to check on the timetable for install. The fence has been up for several months now and is holding up very well. He used quality wood and made reinforced gates. He and his two workers were extremely professional, and worked very hard to get everything done. The only lesson learned on my end is that I don't really care for the gate handles/locking mechanisms he used, and if I had to do it again I would buy my own and have those installed instead. Every time I called Jerry or emailed him with a litany of questions regarding his licensing, the permit, the fees, etc., he was extremely courteous and prompt in his replies, and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction and then some. I paid for materials once they were delivered to my house (and I had them on my property), and paid the balance for the work once it was complete.

Performed excellent work. Very professional crew. Only reason they received a "B" for punctuality is they got tied up on another project. They were apologetic, and worked exceptionally hard to make up lost time. Installed another fence for us a couple of months ago. There were a couple of pickets which had split. They noticed & repaired it without being asked. I would highly recommend them for any fencing project.

We called on a Tuesday for an estimate and they had someone come out the following day. It took about 10 days for the material to be delivered and installation commenced the very next day. They were finished in about 2 days and we couldn't be any happier. We feel we got top quality product with a lifetime warranty for a very reasonable price. Most importantly, their crew was on time and very professional.
