The quality of work wasn't perfect but it was good. They did a quality job but not as well as they have done in the past. This seemed kind of rushed. They were really busy due to the time of year and the job just seemed hurried. The cleanup wasn't as good this time either.

They seemed easy to work with and they seemed to do a good job. We’ve never had hardwood before so it is hard to tell if there are any problems, but they didn’t do the best job of cleaning the hardwood before they left. I liked the guys that installed it a lot, but after they left it wasn’t cleaned up. I ended up on my hands and knees cleaning it which was fine, but I would tell them about this issue before I hired them for a larger area. We are considering using them again.

I though the service was good and the product was outstanding It's a year later and I didn't have a perfect floor to lay it on, it was warped. For an extra $100 they resolve all of that so I'm very satisfied with it and the price I think was very competitive. The guy who did the job was good and the guys in the store were friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely use them in the future.
