Smooth, start to finish. My wife visited several flooring folks and liked Willy the best. He brought samples to our home and suggested what he thought would look best against the adjacent tile. Todd was the Project Manager - and is a great communicator. We always knew exactly what was going on, what to expect, and when, every step of the way. Todd scheduled the materials and crew. He introduced us to the crew the morning of the demo and install then followed behind after the work was done to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We could not be more pleased!!
We highly recommend Flooringmaster. We will use them for all our flooring needs and are planning a tile job with them!!

The service was great the entire job took three days and the crew was very polite and clean up everyday after theirselves. At the end of job the took away old carpet and used marterials and the home looks great.

Great experience with this company.  Willy Sanchez went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my choice of flooring,  He then met with me and the project manager Todd Strickland and we walked through the entire home together to discuss specifics so that everyone was on the same page.  Todd has an amazing eye for detail, and remembers to follow though on customer service issues right away.  They took great pains to make sure all my furniture was handled safely, and took plenty of time to apply proper felt protecters on feet of furniture. the entire work crew was extremely nice and accomondating...Sammy does  beautiful work.  Everyone knows this is a messy job, but they were very careful of my home furnishings, and cleaned up well afterwards.  I paid extra for a clean up crew to help with some intense cleaning..they did a great job as well.
Only problem I can think of, was that my glass top stove ended up a slight did higher, so it didnt flush as well as previously with my granite counter, even after leveling feet were in lowest position.  I could have opted to remove feet altogether, but chose not to just as a safeguard for when stove might have to be moved in or out.  We were all scratching our heads as to why this happened, as the thickness of the old and new wood was the same.  At any rate, although not perfect, I can live with it.  I have been though wood floor installs twice before with another installer, but Flooringmaster of Orlando is the best hands down!

Excellent workmanship! We have used Flooring Master on three occasions. Once for wood floor , for carpet installation and now tiling the sunroom.The pricing was very reasonable and work was nothing less than exemplary. We are now planning for next years project which will be a kitchen remodel and we will call Flooring Master once again. Willy Sanchez is very professional , he supervised and participated in each of our projects. Whatever your flooring needs are Flooring Master is able to accomplish it. We love our floors!!!

Selecting a hardwood floor was very difficult for us because we knew nothing about choosing the right flooring. From the very beginning Willie Sanchez was ready to share his knowledge and job expertise with us. So, by the time we made the actual purchase were definitely and quot;well informedand quot;! Once we signed contract the work was started as promised and completed in a timely manor. There was not one day when the appropriate work was not done.
The installers we very polite, professional and respectful of our property. At the end of each day they cleaned up their work area and always maintained a safe environment for our family. During the install Willie and Todd kept in contact with us either by phone or stopping by the house to see if our needs were met.
After completion the installers, Willie, and Todd reviewed the completed work with us to make sure we were pleased with the job, and of course, we were.
Flooring Master is a family owned business and that to us was very important. With taking on such a large project we wanted to be sure we would have a company that we could go to at any time if we had any questions or concerns. Fortunately, they were always on top of things and we never had to seek them out!

I dealt directly with Mr. Sanchez. The carpeting in my rental property needed to be replaced. From start to finish, this experience was professional. Mr. Sanchez returned my call promptly, was punctual at the property visit and followed through beautifully with the estimate, order delivery and final installation. A very professional and prompt company from start to finish. All flooring details discussed and drawn on paper to make sure we were on the same page every step of the way. Samples of each flooring were brought to the house to touch and feel. All questions answered with great knowledge of the processes involved. Estimations of timelines accurate to the day. Price estimates accurate to the dollar. No hidden surprise fees and any difficulties encountered were handled without raising our costs. Their work was fantastic and the attention to detail was phenomenal. Clean up after each stage of construction was great.
I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail of the entire crew. They treated all projects as if they were working on their own homes. Always on time to start the day and always on timeline. Their communication with us was prompt and courteous.

From the first contact with Willy and Flooring Master, they were very responsive and professional. I felt as though he was being truthful and forthcoming in all aspects of the pricing and trying to work through several problems we faced.

He recommended that we use a solid stair tread instead of the same wood that was on the floor in order to get them securely onto the stair, and he even custom designed the treads to make them match the existing wood. He was very thoughtful in his approach and honest about the cost and consequences of each idea.

When he and his co-worker showed up, they were on time and very courteous. They worked hard to get the job done right and within our time frame. They even stayed late into the evening so that we'd get the job done one day earlier than expected. But they didn't take any shortcuts and the quality of their work was fantastic.

They were able to keep dust from spreading beyond their work zone, and touched up any marks that were on the walls. This is something I find to be a critical touching point in customer service. [I hate when other contractors leave messes for me.]

The day after they were finished, Willy came back out to do a final inspection of the stairs and to make sure we were satisfied. This was a very kind gesture considering our condo was 40 miles away from where he works! We are very grateful for the courtesy and professionalism that Willy and Flooring Masters have shown to us. We would recommend them to anyone needing flooring work in their home.

The quoting and information process was informative and very professional.

Willy worked within our needs and provided us an endless list of options as we changed our minds as to the floor types we wanted. Many times we thought we wanted to change from porcelain to travertine and even marble. In the end we decided to go with an Italian porcelain tile with a 1/16 grout line.

The demolition: There were many challenges that extended the time and mess from the removal of the old tile and wood floors. The glue used for the wood floors had penetrated the bottom of the wood and the concrete it was mounted to. This made mechanical removal impossible and required 2 additional days of labor at no cost to us.

The new tile was FLAWLESS. The time and patience displayed to make sure each tile was level and true to the joining tiles was work worthy of a craftsman.

I had reservations about tile flowing through 5 rooms with a small grout line but dry laying the tiles proved to create perfect solutions.

There was some additional mess from the unexpected demolition problems but Willy arranged for a cleaning crew to come assist with getting us back to normal.
