I hired an Installer listed on there web page. The istaller totally ruined my floors because he did not level the floor or use enough adhesive causing popping noise throughtout my house. He refuses to correct his faults by taking up the floor and reinstall it the right way. I notified there Corporate office and local office without any help from either. They denied that he works for them so i emailed them a copy of there web page with him listed as a installer for him. Still waiting on a call from them with a resolution. Reale Floors is the company and Tony Reale is his name. My floors have to be totally re done.

They have a great selection and offer huge discounts. I paid about half price for the supplies. Most importantly, they referred me to Jason Jimenez of Floors & More Remodeling which turned out to be a wonderful match.
