This was my first encounter with First Class Automotive. My car was almost 8 years old and was riding rough and needed some serious work done to the suspension system. I went there based on reviews on Angie's List and after shopping around for prices. Their price was very competitive and they were also near my house.
They were very friendly and returned my car when they promised it would be done. The technician and the owner both took my car out for a test drive. I will certainly return there next time I need a service that they provide.
Amanda the receptionist was very helpful both during check in and check out.
Normally they would perform a wheel alignment but I had a lifetime warranty for wheel alignment with Firestone who happened to be right next door. I had the wheel alignment done there.

We determined we needed to replace the starter in our Toyota.  Based on the Angie's List reviews, we contacted First Class Automotive and one other shop.  They gave us an accurate estimate over the phone that was less expensive than the other shop and since they were closer, we drove in.  

Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Amanda who was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish
The service was fast.  They ordered the part and called to let us know that the work complete within 1 1/2 hours.  The fast attention, price, and courteous service make First Class Automotive a place that this happy customer will return to again.

Nabil and First Class Automotive are the only mechanic I have ever trusted completely.  He has talked me out of repairs I thought I needed and saved me lots of money.  They are very reasonably priced and get the work done in a timely fashion.  I highly recommend this auto shop to everyone.

I have used them for several years now. I wouldn't be going back if I didn't appreciate it. They do excellent service at a competitive price. They do not try to push anything else on you unless they find something serious.
