They were very professional and upfront with the pricing. Everything was done the same day and I felt well taken care of. I will definitely be going back in the future!

I arrived there and they were quite busy. There was a small waiting room and it was packed. Everyone one there was very friendly. I decided to go there because I purchased a fundraiser booklet that entitled me to 2 free oil changes at that location. When they asked me what I needed I told them that it was an oil change. I asked how long the wait was and they said about 30 minutes. After about 30 minutes I noticed my car wasn't even being worked on I asked if they forgot about me. They said they were sorry that they were just busy and that they would get to me really soon, I was next in line. After over an hour of seeing people that walked in after me come and go I asked what the hold up was. They accidentally put others ahead of me and I was kept waiting until I finally spoke up. The manager was very apologetic and nice but when it was all said and done I was there for close to 2 hours. He offered me the oil change for free to compensate for the problem but as I said I was there for a free oil change to begin with so his offer although very nice didn't help me. I hope that this was just a fluke and that the next time I go I have a much better experience. I'll try them once more since afterall we are all human and make mistakes. If they under estimate the time again though, I will never go back. Time is way too valueable and can never be replaced.

They were very honest and the manager was attentive to the customers there.
