Technician never showed up and never called after I waited six hours for him. I tried to be reasonable and figured that sometimes accidents happen, which was a big mistake. Over the next two weeks I left four messages in their voicemail I and never got a call back to reschedule the appointment. I finally had to call Choice Home Warranty and ask for a different technician. My water softener has been broke for over a month now because I try to give this terrible business, a second chance. My mistake there. Choice Home Warranty found a different technician who scheduled and showed up within a week. I?m waiting on parts now, which is not the fault of the technician.I would definitely recommend that you not hire Fidelis for any repair as they are totally unreliable and totally unresponsive. On the bright side, I?m glad they never started the repair as I can only imagine the headaches that would?ve followed.

They never called or showed up for the appointment. Read reviews about them that were bad. They are not even BBB accredited. Using someone else.

Terrible service. Called for a propane hot water heater service and waited a week for the part to be ordered and the service to be performed. Got a text message the day the part was suppose to be in stating that they do not have a technician to perform the work. Would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid them to fix a leaky pipe. It started leaking again the next day. Which fine, whatever, mistakes happen. But they are not honoring their â  30 day warrantyâ  and wonâ  t come back to do the job right unless I pay more. Pathetic.

Great company, great communication, and were on time.
