The mission of Fender Marine Construction is to provide high-quality marine construction services to public, residential and commercial customers in a timely manner and a reasonable price. We focus on improving our internal processes to provide 100% customer satisfaction at all times. The President and 60% owner, Xi "Lucy" Lu and Vice President and 40% owner Rick Fender have been involved in marine construction for over 20 years and general construction for 40 years. The annual volume of business has been over 2 million dollars for the past 3 years. The company has very experienced project managers for the general construction, marine construction and service work. Our supervisory team will also ensure that construction and service are completed in a professional, high quality and timely manner. We are Florida State Certified Marine Contractors, Underground Utility and Excavation, Mechanical, Plumbing, Commercial Pool and Spa and General Contractors capable of handling all of your marine construction projects, with the appropriate insurance for each facet of work we perform.
