Very poor workmanship. Gates started sagging only a few months after installation. After a year I was unable to open one of the gates. The bolts on the latches are rubbing against each other which has caused the paint to come off. The gates are the first thing you see on the home which makes it look very cheap. I called and was told by one person that it would be covered under warranty but when I called again I was told I had to pay for it to be fixed

Signed the contract on May 15, 2020 and paid 1/2 of the monies. Was told that fence should be installed in about 2 weeks. No contact from them at all and about after 3 weeks I contacted them to get a status update and was told they are working on it. Once again a couple of weeks go by and no contact from them again, so I contact them and was told that someone from scheduling would contact me within 24 hours. 5 days later I had to contact them again at which point they tell me that the rails need to be special ordered and its gonna take another 2 weeks. So 2 weeks go by and no contact from them so my husband went to the business, after calling every phone number on the list with no success of anyone answering, and was told that it would be in on the truck tomorrow. Well tomorrow and the next day came with no contact from them. My husband calls them and was told that it did not come in on the truck and we would have to wait another 5 days to see if it comes in on that truck. In the meantime, it has now been over 6 weeks and no fence scheduled for install. I have every email communication with them and the GM and Customer Service Manager were copied on correspondence and have not even replied or even given an apology for the delay. They misrepresented theirselves as far as I am concerned. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Excellent. The install crew did a great job and we have had several good comments from our neighbors. We had some small details that needed correction after the job was completed and they corrected those within a week.

Apparently, Fence Outlet uses subcontractors to install the fence. The subcontractor had an old truck and trailer cart and a second man that was his helper. The subcontractor and helper were FANTASTIC. They had to pick up the new fence, tear out the old fence, put up the new fence with new posts and encountered problems with tree or plant roots, cement or stone in the ground that they had to dig out or go around. These men worked about 14-16 hours in horrible heat. They left with my old fence and had to dispose of it. For all the work they did, they deserved a big payday but I'm sure they were paid little. I paid $6,000 for the job and they probably received a tenth. These men did not quit until they got everything perfect. It has been about 2 years since this fence was put in and it is a beautiful, healthy fence and gate.

Good quality work. Pleased with installation but not happy when they upped the price $37.50 at the end of installation. The explanation was that the salesperson had miscalculated 15' of old fence removal. I signed a contract that did not include this added amount. Poor business practice.

The fence looks great. It's a great quality and the installation was professional.

Not too well,, had an argument with the installers because they were giving me a hard time with measurements I had the yard measured twice by Jose, the first time wrong measurements I had him come out again and to remeasure the property & of course price went up quite a bit more. Then finally a month later. The installers had the wrong measurements that was initially incorrect!! We were disgusted and I was so frustrated with them. They are so unprofessional . The installer also said he was leaving due to wrong measurements after waiting so long to get this fence installed! This was beginning to be a nightmare for us.. I call the owner and explained that the installer have the wrong measurements and to speak to him because I had a hard time communicating with them . The fence was installed finally the same day but not completely satisfied with the end results . I will never use this company again & not recommend them to anyone... :-( i'm not sure if they were trying to get more money out of us by saying we had the wrong measurements again but I thought they went that was pretty shady !Here is a tip.. make sure any fence company gives you a warrantee at least more than a one year of workmanship and lifetime on materials.

The staffs were excellent. They finished the service very quickly and they left the area in perfect condition.

The installation of the fence was great. There was a language barrier so it was hard to communicate. They left 500 pounds of concrete behind. They tried to explain something to us but we were having a hard time understanding. Under further review of the job, we realized the gates were also installed backwards. For the last two weeks, both my husband and I have reached out to the company at least four times a day, with no response. Manny told me to "have my husband call" because I must not have understood what I had signed in the contract. I have an outstanding balance of $2000. I want to pay off the balance but I'm afraid if I pay it, we will never hear from the company again.

They came on time. Finished when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves. Even too away some old fence pieces and tree limbs for me. Very courteous. Would definitely recommend them

Crew cam early and were very professional. One hour and 225Ft of fence was taken down by the two-man crew.

The entire process went very smoothly from quote to installation. The workers made sure to double check details with me. Their price and product quality were very competitive. Highly recommend.
