we called them to get a moving quote and everyone was very friendly & easy to work with. On the day of the move they came with a contract that read different than the quote so before we signed anything we had to talk with a manager and get him to fix everything. The movers themselves were very friendly to deal with. When they got to out new home (3 hrs) after the scheduled time they then requested $1000 more dollars than quoted & told us it needed to be cash or they would keep our items. The manager (on the phone) was the rudest & most unprofessional person I've ever talked to. Using terms like "you must be stupid". After calling the police to file a report we were told we can file a civil Suit but this happens everyday & most likely not worth our time. This company uses many different names from Father & Son Moving to Neighbors Movers. Definitely do not recommend them unless you want to add additional time & stress to your move.

They cautioned me about all the other movers out there and told me not to do business with them, because they are the best. I felt their price was high their professionalism wasn't good.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE! THEY CHARGED MY ELDERLY MOTHER OVER FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR TWENTY BOXES AND TWO ROLLS OF TAPE. THEY PACKED AND MOVED MY MOTHER FROM HER APARTMENT TO OUR HOME LESS THAN TWO MILES AWAY. THEY BROKE MULTIPLE ITEMS AND LOST MULTIPLE THINGS, WHICH INCLUDED PIECES TO A LARGE WOODEN LOOM THAT WAS AN HEIRLOOM. MOM CALLED THEM THE SAME DAY AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND IT WITHOUT LOOKING AND THEY REFUSED TO LOOK. THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED, OFFERED TO PAY FOR A REPLACEMENT OR ASSISTED IN HER IN ANY WAY. THEY STILL DID NOT DO ANY OF THAT AFTER WE WROTE TO THE SENTINEL COLUMNIST ABOUT IT. THEY TOTALLY BLEW US OFF EVEN WITH THE LOSS AND DAMAGES. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERLY WOMAN AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!
