Next we needed a mortgage so used Fairwinds and another agency to get pre approval. Again we applied at the teller window. I must be a slow learner to go through that again. Then I had to get copies of data to the correct department. I took them to the teller window again and she took the forms in back, I thought to fax to James Green. The teller returned to tell me she made copies and could not fax at that time and would do it later. Upon returning to my car I questioned my sanity for leaving my financial papers there. To shorten this saga...we got our loan somewhere else even with the interest a bit higher.
Looking for a new bank, any leads????
