The company sent two employees and they were punctual. The cleaners did not touch several areas or simply dusted around appliances rather than dusing under them. We were Extremely disapointed. As the company requested, I did complete their online survey of the service and I provided a detailed list of the shortcomings. A manager did try to call me but left messages that were so garbled it was hard to understand. WATCH OUT for their guarantee as it requires the re-clean within 7 days. We travel frequently so this was not possible and so we did not receive either our money back or a reclean.
