When the tech arrived he evaluated the problem, which was the evaporator fan and the condenser. He advised that most people don't fix that as it is very expensive $600 or over. Usually just replace the refrigerator. I really liked the honesty and professionalism. Had a $10 off coupon online so the visit was only $63.00.

It took the tech less than an hour to get the handle on. He was very timely and professional. They also were able to see me a lot sooner than any other shop. Some shops would not even want to do the work. I think because it was a small thing and a warranty project.

The technician was very polite and professionally dressed. The price seemed very reasonable especially since he was able to come the same day and fix it. I would definitely use them again if I needed an appliance repaired.
