"Very sorry to hear this, we have been doing the service since February 2013, we never receive any complain from you, until last week when you cancel the service, Only to be sure I check your last email dated from August 2015, where you ask to trim down a hedge in the back of the house, but no compalin, and I replay to you in a matter of hours the same day, I went to your house last week to check it and took some pictures and was looking good, so sorry again but you never toll us what was the problem, we rake all your leaves and keep trim a hedge over 8' in the back of your pool we also trim your palm trees during the winter, schechule change because of weather condition sometimes, have to understand that under water we can not mow, but we never miss a week. Sorry again but I was not aware, there was something wrong, like I explain last email was in August 2015 and was not even a complain, Hope we can solve this issue, After all this years of hard work and not complain from you, I believe we don't deserve it, you know we have been working hard and pleasing you ,always going the extra mile, Still don't understand, there was never a warning, But sorry again"
