Then when we called for them to send someone out they sent the same guy out who did the work. We learned our lesson, we will never use them again. The second crew also showed with the wrong colored carpet twice.

The install and follow up went well The installers showed up on time did a nice job and cleaned up after they were done
One year later I had a problem with the laminated floor it was delaminating I went to the web sight and stated the problem I received a call from corporate they said I would be contacted by the local office. One week later I received a call from the local office saying they would be out to inspect the flooring. After two weeks of not hearing back I called the local office left message.
No return call I called the salesperson (John) for help He told me to call the local office and speak to Denna and that he would follow up when he was in the office the next day No follow up. This has been going on for 6 weeks and still no returned calls or an inspection.
they will not resolve this small problem I would not recommend them because of their poor warranty service

They did all right man. The only problem I had was that they did not put the closet doors back on right. They lost some of the pieces. In two of the rooms the doors won't close and one of them is my room. They did a real good job it just seemed as if the communication kind of broke down. They did pretty good but their people seemed a bit over worked. They had a lot of heavy stuff to move around but the did not have any dollies. They were not well equipped. The price was a bit much because all we did were three rooms. It seemed kind of steep, but I am not an expert in carpets. They were brand new though. They were early.
Worst business practice ever!!! My husband and I got several quotes for carpet install in our 3 bedrooms, and decided to go with Empire as the carpet quality looked good and the salesman assured us their installers were all "licensed and background checked." Well I had 2 installers in my home on 1/10/14, I was home all day working downstairs while they installed the carpet upstairs. After they finished I went to put away items that my husband and I had placed in our master bathroom out of the way for install and noticed a gold and pave diamond ring (valued at $2,000) missing from where I am 100% positive that I left it that morning. I searched for over an hour, then called Empire who advised me to call the police and file a report (which I did immediately.) I received a call from Empire 72 hours later telling me to "continue to follow up with the police" but not giving me any comfort or information as what they were going to do help with the situation. I have since called Empire 6 times asking to speak with a Manager and finally got a call today..... The manager told me that this is a "police issue" and that I need to be pressing charges against the installation company (which were subcontractors that EMPIRE HIRED, NOT ME!!) He said that Empire is "just a carpet company" and that they can not do anything else to assist me in this matter. I can not describe how upset and infuriated I am at this situation. The installers that they sent into my home stole from me, and now they will do absolutely nothing about it. I can not understand how a company can get away with this type of behavior. Stay far, far away from Empire. They treat you well before getting their product installed, then will have nothing to do with you.
