She is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser RZ3227 in the State of Florida and a Designated member of the Appraisal Institute. She is a 17 year veteran of the appraisal industry and is the principal appraisal for the company.

Kristen was right on time when she visited the property and considerately contacted me quickly on the date the appraisal was due to be finished, to let me know that it would take an additional day. Kristen was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable when she and her assistant examined, measured and photographed the property.
