The two sides of this Orlando business apparently have totally different definitions of customer service. The response side is punctual, courteous and efficient, a pleasure to deal wiyh. We reported some work related clothing was swept up in storge of items from the flooding and staff immediately found the items and had them professionally cleaned, folded and returned. Then, there's the Restoration side and that's a different story. Three weeks after the emergency response, we were still awaiting restoration. This individual didn't respond to calls, didn't provide updates or contact us once. The main office was no help. We ultimately fired the restorer and hired our own. Now I still have a storage unit full of belongings on my driveway.

THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE BEFORE THE END OF THE DATE AS THEY PROMISED AND BROUGHT EVERYTHING THAT THEY NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE THE FIRST TIME. THEY WERE VERY WELL PREPARED TO DO THE JOB.
