He's excellent and reasonable. He has always been able to fix the problem and he's just trustworthy. He doesn't try to sell you something. If he says something that needs to be replaced, I trust him.

My old a/c unit stopped working, so I called Eric, who has babied this unit for years and kept it going when everyone else said it had to be replaced.  He was able to come out the next day with his assistant.  From his other visits over the years, I was aware that the old unit was installed in a very awkward and unusual configuration, making it difficult to access various components. After inspecting the unit, Eric showed me where the old blower motor unit had burned out, but to my surprise he said that the compressor and everything else was still working fine.  Unfortunately, this model motor is no longer being made, so he offered to try and find a replacement unit that would work with and fit into my old unit.  He let me know that it might take a few days to locate one.  Lo and behold, the next day he called me to let me know he had found one, and the day after that Eric and his assistant came out and installed it.  It took them some time to access and remove the old blower motor, which was located on the bottom of the unit close to where the water collects and drains out.  Eric also took the time to change the configuration of the blower and motor, so the motor is now on top.  Now the motor is easy to access and is high and dry and away from any collecting moisture. I must admit that I have used only Eric for all my houses for the past 15+ years, so I did not bother to ask him for an estimate.  I know he always does the best work at the best price, so I never worry about that.  However, I was expecting about a $1,000 bill, because of the difficulty in finding the replacement motor and then the length of time it took him and his assistant to access the original motor, remove it, reconfigure the positioning of the components and then finally install the new motor.  And of course he always does a complete cleaning of the unit, clears out the condensation drainage system and then does a general tuneup.  So imagine my shock (and joy) when the total bill came in under $500!  For 2 visits with 2 men and all the rest!  This is why I will NEVER use anyone else. I am moving to Sarasota in a few weeks, and I am sick to be losing Eric's services.  However, I am hoping to bribe him with a weekend mini vacation at the beach if he will come and do all my a/c work out there!  I'm keeping my fingers crossed...

EMC was recommended to me by a friend.  Both techs were incredibly professional, arrived on time and were very careful with my home and equipment.  The service was performed quickly but thoroughly.   The price was outstanding, but the service was even better. Best thing was no up-sell or pressure, they even gave me some money-saving tips. I will never use anyone else.  I have also recommended EMC to friends who will also never use anyone else.  Trust these guys!

Eric is the owner, his prices are great and his service is even better!  I would never use anyone else, and all my neighbors agree!

Eric has been handling the A/C for my entire neighborhood for the last 8+ years. We never use anyone else! He is very honest. The first time I used him, my neighbor recommended him after I got a quote from another company that said I needed an expensive part replaced. Eric came and said the entire part did not need to be replaced, and he did the repair for a fraction of the cost quoted by the other company! He is clean, reliable, and his prices are usually pretty low. I put $100 in the price category because I have used him so many times I don't remember the exact amounts I have paid him.

HE CAME EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL NOT TO MAKE A MESS IN THE AREA HE WAS WORKING. HE EXPLAINED TO ME EVERYTHING HE DID AND TOLD ME THINGS AS TO MORE EFFICIENTLY USE MY A/C.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. THE WORKERS WERE WELL TRAINED AND VERY COURTEOUS. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER (IN THE EXTREME HEAT OF SUMMER). I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR THE JOB TO BE DONE. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THEIR MATERIALS.
