Elite Chem-Dry

Things went well. The company responded to me the slowest of all the companies that I contacted, but I chose them because they had a specific product for pet urine. The price I was told on the phone for the urine product didn't match what I was told in person, so they need to work on what they are communicating to their customers. However, the actual cleaning was smooth sailing. Very pleased!

They arrived promptly the morning of our appointment. They used an instrument to test the carpet and find out exactly where the urine was. Once they discovered where in the room it was, they cleaned it with their special process they use to eliminate pet urine odor. They also cleaned the rest of the carpet in the room. They were finished in about an hour. It took 2-3 days to completely dry out where they had treated for the urine smell, and ever since then the smell has been completely gone. We thought we might have to replace the flooring in that room, but after getting Elite Chem Dry to clean the carpet, replacing the flooring was no longer necessary. It was a little expensive, but it was worth it to us to have our room no longer smelling like pet urine. We would highly recommend Elite Chem Dry if you have a similar need.

Wonderful. They were honest when arrived and said they wouldn't be able to correct issue on sofa with a cleaning then while here I found out they did tile cleaning which I had desperately tried to find someone who wasn't outrageously expensive and they weren't. Floor looks new. Very happy.

They were very responsive and thorough. On the initial call, they asked for measurements of all the areas and gave me a quote based on the exact dimensions of my rugs, carpet and couch. When they arrived, they were on time, very professional, and did a GREAT job of communicating what they were doing and why. Got most stains out and offered potential solutions for one area that they could not remove the stain from. The price was almost exactly what they quoted me (I was off a few feet on my measurements). Spending nearly $400 (after the Angie's List discount) seemed a bit high to me for the small rooms, rugs and couch that were cleaned, but it seemed close enough to the competitors I had called and I was so happy with their service, I didn't mind paying a few dollars more (again, not a huge increase over their competitors, but certainly not the cheapest in town...you get what you pay for). Most importantly, the owner of the company, who apparently takes most of the jobs, seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction and appeared to be an honest and sincere business person. You don't find that every day!

I am DELIGHTED with the results - honestly the carpets look like new! Plus, Alex, the Technician, was great!! He is very knowledgeable and articulate in explaining the process to me. I've used many different rug cleaning companies in the past -- But, from now on -- I'm ONLY going to use Elite Chem-Dry -- It's such a difference!!

They re-arranged my appointment. from 1pm to 10am.  At first I thought that was a good thing.  But then that morning they called to say their first appt cancelled could they come early.  I was coming in from out of town so I said no.  I really could not make it earlier.  They showed up early anyway.  I was not ready for them.  I had to rush to get the floor cleared and furniture moved.  I chose them because a friend recommended them and because of the reviews on angies list.  past reviews said they worked really hard to get the stains out and went above and beyond.  That was not the case.  They rushed through, said the stains would not come out and were in and out in less than an hour.  I know that there were stains that were difficult but i felt they didn't even try.  Overall the carpet looked like I gave it a good vacuum and nothing more.  I was very disappointed.
