Electric Company

Doug and company showed up promptly. It was pretty much a whole day job. All of the homes in this area have or had aluminum wiring. I feel the job done by Doug and his company looks much more professional that the others in the neighborhood that have had their homes rewired. I have used them for other jobs and will use them again.

Doug was very nice on the phone. He explained to me he charges $100 an hour for a two hour minimum. If the job will require more than two hours they will call to get an okay. The work needed was for a rental property so We set up an appointment for the next day. I got a called from Doug’s wife telling me how much was going to be so I asked why, how long it took and she said. They were there for an hour, had to buy the breaker and go back to the house. If that was the case, understand. However, my tenant told he he was there for about 20 minutes and replaced the breaker with a spare he had in his truck. He charged me for two hours of labor plus the breaker (totally fair, it was a part he used) he had to “purchase” the breaker..( luckily for me, my tenant has cameras outside and you can see this was not true) I texted Doug to let him know what my tenant had said and he said. “It may have seemed like we had a spare breaker, however my guy drove our work van to World Electric and bought the breaker because they were very close to your rental unit. I appreciate your business, We will warranty the work for 12 months.” Again, We have outside cameras and know this was not true. Anyway, I paid for the service. But I would not recommend this company. It’s hard to find honest people.

A++, excellent service, can’t say enough good things about Doug and his group. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. They took care of all my electrical needs on a remodel. Couldn’t be more satisfied with quality workmanship and service they provided. If you’re looking for an electrician, look no further.

The representative and owner were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend anyone to hire them. However, I was charged $200 for an electrician to come and press the "reset" button on an outlet. TO BE FAIR, I was warned this may happen. I just didn't think that the 5-minute button pressing warranted $200.

The Electric Company employees that installed a new panel and completed some other wiring upgrades for us were punctual, courteous, respectful and professional. Our 60 year old house presented some challenges for them, but they were patient, understanding, and devoted the necessary extra time to accomplish the task with care and attention to detail. This company conducts business in a congenial and cooperative manner, and took a personal interest in us and our house. We are very happy with the work that was done, and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I took longer to complete than thought but they came back on Saturday to finish up. I'm Hiring them again to install a generator hook up for when we have power failures.

ECoSF changed our interior panel after our insurance company told us the FPE panel would keep us from having insurance. They were prompt and courteous, even sweeping the floor in the garage when they were complete. They scheduled the inspection for the same day and passed their inspection. I’d recommend them highly.
