Nino arrived on one day and super cleaned and regrouted both bathroom floors. A few days later, he returned (the floors had to dry) and sealed and enhanced the stone floors. The enhancement on the tumbled onyx floor brought out the variation and color of the onyx--it looks beautiful with rich depth of the stone. My husband says the floor looks better than when it was originally installed. The travertine was filled and sealed and looks brand new again. Nino did a fantastic job--the onyx floor looks especially gorgeous. Thanks again, Nino!

Through out the project, he involved us in every little decision to ensure that all the details were discussed, alternatives explored and pros and cons of each considered. He stayed on the job until it was completed even though it involved working late at night. After the work was complete, we ran into a problem in that the hood installer had hanged the hood too high. Since hole had to be drilled in the grout for hanging the hood, it was not easy to lower the hood.'. The installer said that if he lowered the hood it will show the already drilled holes in tiles. He said the only way to do it right is to remove and replace the drilled and adjacent tiles. We contacted Nino and explained the problem to him. He , without any hesitation, responded that it was not a problem. He can do it and actually did it right away. We really appreciated his positive and cooperative attitude. We are actually planning to use him for another job for us.

Wow! The floor, backsplash and fireplace surround should be in a magazine. They are perfect! Nino is a perfectionist, and is not satisfied with his work unless it is perfect. He is a tile artist--his work is exceptional. My husband and I agree that this is the best work we've ever seen. The tiles are perfectly level and the grout lines are perfect.

Nino and Nick did all the work -- No subs. They were professional, checking with us about our start date, arrived on time and finished on schedule. We were nervous about using Travertine: It requires a lot of skill to ascertain the floor is level. They were highly recommended by several of my husband's friend's at work ( Engineers ) and by a major tile company. These men take pride in their work and are true craftsmen. They also install exotic wood, marble and other types of flooring. They have a nice portfolio of previous work done and will give you suggestions. Their prices were very competitive. Definitely will consider their services again. Love my floor!
