Team was punctual and did excellent work. The seams in the countertops are virtually invisible. Everything was completed on time and very professionally. I have referred several friends and acquaintances to EdStone.

I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to measure, fabricate, and install the new countertops. The quality was excellent- I cannot see the seams at all!

The salesman, who also was the installer (large man with maybe a Russian accent?) sold me on the Ed Stone products quoting they had a "Lifetime Guarantee". When he can to install them he again said all their granite had a "Lifetime Guarantee". He was very specific and one of the big reasons we chose them. After installing the counters (and gouging the bathroom walls which I didn't see till they left), he wiped all the counters with some type of cleaner and said it would dry. As soon as he left I noticed the "Lifetime Guarantee" wasn't on my receipt he had given me a texted him immediately about getting that paperwork. No response. The next day when the counters where "dry" they looked like they had hard water smears all over them, not nice and smooth the way granite should be. I again contacted him and asked about the guarantee papers and the haze on the counters. I got a curt response from the owner that no one else had complained about their granite and their guarantee was only for one year. I continued to in inquire and insist that they stand by what they sold me and I got no more responses from the company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS! Definite bait and switch!

It took them less than 24 hours to complete the entire order: from initial measurement to the final installation. Which is phenomenal. So, for customers, who need the job done fast - this company is definitely a preferred choice. However if quality is your number one priority - stay away from this company. The biggest issue for me was the appearance of the countertop perimeter edge. They had a number of edges to choose from and I picked the "5/8" Half Bullnose" (see the picture below extracted from their website). Judging by this picture and the sample that they demonstrated to me, with proper machining there should've been no visible line between the bullnose radius and the countertop surface. In reality my countertop had ugly sharp edge around the perimeter (see the picture below). Unfortunately I wasn't at home when they brought it to my house and by the time I arrived - the countertop was already installed. The installation itself lacked attention to details. The caulking had holes and the screw holes plugs in the corbels (brackets) were not even fully tapped in (the picture is attached). When I contacted the proprietor of the company he immediately took an offensive position and his argument was basically - "Everything is fine. I am right, you are wrong!" I will never use services of this company again and definitely would not recommend it to anybody.

The salesman sold us on using Edstone for our new kitchen & master bath granite by saying it had a "lifetime warranty", saying that both at the time of the sale and when he installed it. When I realized the day of the install there was nothing on the invoice concerning the warranty I contacted them the same day and asked for a copy of the lifetime warranty to attach to my invoice. Edvard the owner then texted me and curtly said "we only offer a 1 year warranty". I then contacted the salesman about it and he said he was "mistaken".
Also, the salesman/installer wiped down the counters with a "sealer" at the time of installation so the granite had a wet appearance till the next day. Once it dried it then had a film across it, like hard water build up, not smooth like it should be. I contacted them immediately and Edvard said no one else has complained...that was it, no suggestions, nothing.
I texted the salesman/installer and asked if he would speak to Edvard and tell him he had sold me the "lifetime warranty" but have had no more responses from anyone at the company.
Would NEVER recommend this company!

It couldn't have gone any smoother or look any better! Ed came out on a Saturday. He took all his measurements and then gave us the estimate, which was extremely close to his and quot;ball-parKand quot; we had asked for over the phone. He carried his samples with him and gave me the prices on the different grades of granite. My husband and I found Ed to be knowledgeable, friendly and cooperative the whole time! He had written the measurements, name of the product we chose and the price which we signed and made ourselves a copy. He promised the sinks and counter tops possibly the next Tuesday but maybe Wednesday. They started on the following Wednesday and finished on Friday. Ed's crew were also very nice. They didn't waste time: they set about their work and only stopped because two of the sinks were the wrong shape and they didn't have the others with them. They came back Friday evening and it took the installer about 1/2 an hour to finish up.
The counters are just great! I highly recommend EdStone, Inc. to anyone who wants a great price from a reliable installer who does top notch work!

They got the material in a week and everything was done in a day and frac12;. The cost is anywhere between 30-37 per square foot, but it depends on the grade and we got a higher grade.

EdStone did a very professional job. Ed was very responsive and came out and measured within a day of being contacted. He worked very closely with me to save me money by picking up the granite from the yard, saving me a delivery fee. He also managed to complete my job with only one slab, saving me hundreds of dollars. He included a beautiful stainless steel sink of 18 gauge in his bid. The granite countertops were delivered within 4 days and were expertly installed. I could not be happier. The granite was expertly cut to show off the most attractive parts of the slab. I did communicate with Ed primarily by e-mail because he does have an accent and it is sometimes a little hard to understand him over the phone, but he was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him highly.

I updated some of my kitchen cabinets due to damage from a dishwasher leak and took the opportunity to replace the old/original laminate counter-tops with granite. My cabinet installer recommended Edstone. Edstone had absolutely the best pricing compared to the many other places that I had looked. The quality of the job was excellent and Edvard went beyond expectations in delivering a solid counter-top that he was able to make for my L-shaped peninsula without any seams. I would definitely recommend him!

We called EdStone on the recommendation of a friend. He made some very specific countertops to a design drawn by my husband. They were able to make changes to the design through drawings and pictures sent by text message and when the countertops were installed they were beautiful and perfectly shaped.

Wow! Just Wow! My husband called Edstone on a recommendation from a friend. My husband had built a masonery counter and bar on our pool patio. The bar top and counter top were of unique proportions and there is a little window that also needed a piece of granite. Ed from Edstone and my husband used a lot of text messaging of the plans to get it perfect for a perfect fit since some things had minor changes after the initial measurement. When the granite was installed it was so beautiful I almost cried. I didn't expect it to come out so perfectly fitted and finished. We liked it so much that we ordered more countertops for the back counters around the grill. Ed wasn't sure how soon he could deliver those and warned us that it may be a little wait, but in fact he had them there and installed within a week.
