Scheduling the estimate and repair was a breeze. Fantastic communication and prompt service. Unfortunately, that's where my positive experience ended. When rainy season began less than a year after my repair, the exact same leak reappeared. My first attempt to schedule a "re-fix" was garbled and ultimately unsuccessful. I'm not even certain anyone came by...? I quickly reached out with pictures of the issue when the same major leak reappeared and to date, there has been no response. I've had to hire another company to repair what should have been repaired by Edgar Quintin or risk structural damage in my kitchen. I can't speak for how the company handles a new roofing job, but I can 100 percent attest to a repair experience. It was worthless. I should have just lined the roof with 800 one-dollar bills. It would have cost the same and worked a heck of a lot better. Beware.

After he climbed up to inspect, he came down to tell me everything alright several shingles a ends curled but no problem with roof. Very honest

Their estimator Wayne Stone (407-402-4525) was great. He didn't try to up-sale me and explained everything. I called many roofers off Angies list and recieved about 6 estimates. Every estimator talked about scabbing small pieces of 2x6s over the rotted ones not Edgar Quintin he replaced them and did the job saving me 1000.00-2500.00 over 5 of the estimates I received. They showed up when they said they would, did more than I expected, have had no leaks, sent me all warranties and paperwork after completion. I had some minor issues I wanted addressed he sent his lead man back out the same day(on a Friday) and came back out monday and took care of the issues. I will be needing the roof over my house re-roofed within 5yr I will be calling Edgar Quintin 1st.

I would give them a very good recommendation. It was just a guy who was a roofing provider and he did a great work. He helped me get my house to qualify for insurance. His price was reasonable. I am very pleased with their services. He was on time and they did great.

Edgar Quintin is the boss and Kevin West actually did the work for me, which was done in one day. I did not deal too much with the owner. They came as soon as I called them. They said they were going to be here at 8 o’clock in the morning, and they were. He gave me a small sample of the material they were going to use. They rolled it out on the ground in front of me, and it seemed to be fine to me. They had a bunch of men - at least 5 of them - working up there all day. There was nothing I did not like about the work - it seems to be all done and holding. It has rained since the work was completed, and there are no leaks anymore - I am fine. They gave me a better price than I got from two others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I first hired them for repair after the hurricanes several years ago. They came out on Christmas day, and I have been using them anytime I have had a leak or any problem with my roof since then. He always shows up ontime. He does a great job. He is very dependable.
