They were very responsive over the phone and friendly. The owner was right on time and explained the products/services in detail. I would call this company for future service.

The work was good.  They showed up when they were supposed to and did what they needed to.  They did a little extra work for no extra price, so that was good.

I have found Joanne to be very punctual and responsive to my calls. She came to retreat at no charge when I let her know the first treatment wasn't working. She is also a very nice person and someone I feel comfortable letting into my home.

I have two cats and a dog, so I am leary about using pesticides in and around the house. Between a tick problem last summer and the on-going battle with regular bugs of all types, I have gotten tired of not being completely bug free despite all my efforts. I called Eco Friendly and spoke to Joanne, the owner, about my problems and concerns. She answered all my questions and came out a few days later as scheduled. She completely treated the house. She returned two weeks later to re-treat, without any additional charge. My husband and I have noticed a major reduction in bugs and expect with the monthly service plan that we will be bug free soon without any harm to our animals or ourselves.

I had called another pest control company that uses ecological products and had them come out and give me an estimate. My radar went up when they were unable to give me references to call. Plus overall they just seemed shady. So I called Eco Friendly Pest Control instead and talked to Joanne. She was fantastic. Right on the phone she was able to give me three references. I called one - it was fantastic, the reference highly recommended them. So I scheduled the service. Joanne was right on time. She explained the process, what products (plant based insecticides) were gong to be used etc. She did her work efficiently and she let me observe so I knew that all areas were being treated. All in all a very professional service. I highly recommend Eco Friendly Pest Control.

I am very happy with Eco. I should be, I have been using them for ten years. They are very good and very reliable. This last time they were out, it went just as good as any other. They have been doing a really great job over the years. I pay them for each time they come out and I feel that it is reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and defiantly keep them around for another number of years.
