Description of Work: EC Waters installed new duct work in the attic and a new Trane 5-ton 17.25 seer system, new 14 supply & 3 ceiling returns, new condenser pad, new air handler platform, UV light. Work was completed in May 2011, and I participate in a service plan. They are professional, efficient, and very responsive.

THE PEOPLE THAT WERE WORKING INSIDE THE HOUSE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY THROUGH, AND WERE VERY CLEAN WHILE THEY WORKED. THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO USE THE THERMOSTAT AND HAS CHECKED BACK AT LEAST TWICE.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN A NEW HEAT PUMP OUTSIDE AND AIR HANDLER IN THE ATTIC. THEY ALSO PUT IN A NEW THERMOSTAT.

I called for an estimate and the initial conversation to set up a time was positive. The sales rep then called me and started asking questions over the phone and confused me as I couldn't point out the areas I need to discuss over the phone, nor explain what I was looking at. I finally met with him and he was very knowledgeable. He stayed a while covering everything, which was nice since other companies were in and out in 30 minutes. At the end of our meeting we sat down to discuss what we felt would be the best unit for us. The estimates weren't written on an official proposal form, and they ended up being higher in pricing than the company we gave the work to.
