Description of Work: I called him due to the good reviews on Angie's list and elsewhere on the internet. He has a clause in his required property management contract which charges a large penalty to the property owner if any negative review is posted by them anywhere on line or on social media. I believe that this is a violation of what Angie's list is supposed to be all about, which is honest reviews that are good because of good service, not coercion.

 + -1 moreI`m very pleased. I have had many different property managers, They don?t call you back for weeks. They don?t inspect the property like they promise. They also nickel and dimed me for everything. Out of 5 Property Managers Eric Hassen is a ?REAL? Property Manager. The rest almost do nothing. Eric Hassen sent me pictures when he inspected the home. He has professional Attorneys prepare leases, professional inspector inspect the home and vendor repairs were completed at wholesale prices. I cant say more. My tenants pay on time, my income doesn?t fluctuate like it did before. He knows what he?s doing. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the service of Estate Brokers and Eric as a property manager. Eric did a GREAT job of marketing my property and found wonderful tenants in just one week. Eric also went out of his way to make the leasing arrangement a smooth and easy transition and he addresed the needs of both I as a landlord and the tenants. I would highly recommend Eric and Estate Brokers to anyone who is looking for a property manager in the Orlando area.

 + -1 moreThe experience was a very smooth transition and Eric was so helpful in showing me what I needed to do to get moved in quickly. Looked on line for Estatebrokers LLC which a friend told me to look up. Found his informaiton on Angies list and called Eric at Estate Brokers LLC. He asked me when could I meet with him and that he had a few apartments in the area that I was looking in. He took me to a few of them and I fell in love with the third place he showed me. He advised me who to call to turn my electric on and who the cable co was in that area. We agreed to meet and after I gave him the security deposit we met the following week and I signed the lease. He then gave me the key to my place. I could not have ask for anything that easy. If anyone is looking for a rental or even if you own and want to get a Property Mgr. to rent your place for you. I can truly recommend Eric from Estate Brokers LLC.
Description of Work: Met with the Property manager who showed me a variety of rental properties. He was kind and know exactly what kind of place I was looking for within my budget. I had been looking for a place for awhile and have tried using other real estate people but gave up. I found Estate Brokers and called the Property Manager who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area I was looking for. He had a rental property that was within my budget and a great location.Could not ask for anything more. He took me through the steps I was to take to make the place mine and Met him in his office and signed the lease within 2 weeks. That was the best service experience and I just wanted others to know that if your looking for a rental property, Eric can find it for you.

 + 0 moreEstate Brokers located responsible renters who have just renewed their lease for a second year. Estate Brokers facilitated repairs for our septic drain field and well pump. They are very responsive via email, though slightly less to phone calls. Overall, my husband ad I are very satisfied with their service.

 + -1 moreTook a little longer for the property managers to locate persons ready to rent but they found the right family in the end. The property is located in a very middle class neighborhood and is a little out of the way so I can understand the challenge of placement. Even better, starting this month all rent payments are now electronic direct deposit. Additionally, the managers themselves are polite, responsive, and efficient. I am career military and having these property managers looking out for my interests has been a great stress relief.
Description of Work: Our previous tenants were not kind to our old home and thus the property required some considerable clean up inside and outside the house and minor repairs as well. I provided the Estate Broker LLC staff a list of over ten items to rectify before the property would be ready for viewing and they were complete within a couple weeks time. The property managers effected these changes quickly and at low cost. Estate Brokers LLC found a family to rent our property. The tenants have been reliable to date.The cost included repairs, marketing, and tenant placement. The monthly rate is also fair in my estimation.
