"Ater speaking with Sandy about her cleaning needs, she stated to me that a family member would be coming home from hospital and she needed a theroy detailed cleaning. Sandy also said the reason she choose EAC was for the Ratings/Reviews we've recieved from our previous comsumers. So yes my staff and I was very conscientious with the need to do a very theroy cleaning, which lead us to showing more care and precision. Which caused my staff member to over think her cleaning skills. A normal detail cleaning can take between 4-6 hours and we was finished in 5 1/2 hours. Thanks Sandy for the 4.5 star rating"
"The verbal commitment cleaning request was for a move-out vacant home cleaning, and to only clean 2 bathrooms,3 bedrooms,baseboards,window sills, sweep,mop the kitchen, wipe countertops,outside of appliances. But once at location,I completed the walk through with the comsumer and observed only furniure had been moved out.Its very hard to quote an estimate over the phone without seeing the property.However the comsumer needed assistance with trash removal,unwanted items,and to clean inside of the stove and refigerator. So yes the requested assistance does require an extra charge, which was agreed upon and paid"
"When I received the lead information on my phone it was 9:10am and he asked if I could do an emergency/same day cleaning and he needed the carpet cleaned in 2-bedrooms,2-bathrooms, kitchen,and the hard wood-floor needed cleaning through-out the whole house. It's very hard to quote an estimate without seeing the property,so I explained to him because it was short notice,same day,and it was Saturday,I quoted him a fair price and he agreed. I got a crew together in 30 minutes and we was there at 10:45 am. Yes the home was very challenging, but at the end of the day the customer was very pleased. Oh, yes I took before and after pictures,LOL."
"I called Jeff, he quickly explained why he needed his new home re-cleaned prior to his family moving in.We scheduled an appointment to do an walk through estimate,he wanted the carpet vacuumed,sweep,mop,clean bathrooms,blinds,window sills,refrigerator,stove, and the washing machine was stained on the inside, he wanted to know if i could remove the stain. Every thing he was requesting was rework.He asked if I could start today,I agreed to start at 12:30pm but I could only work til 5pm and, I would come back after I got off mey nursing job at 8pm. Which I did, Iwas finished by 9:30pm. Oh by the way I completed the cleaning myself."
"I quoted an estimate for her over the phone prior to doing the walk through, which was excepted. I always meet and greet the consumer, normally a homes 1200sq ft 1-worker can handle.We arrive on time once inside I observed that instead of basic cleaning of the 2-bathrms,kitchen,baseboards,light dusting the home require an extensive detail cleaning. The cleaning estimate over the phone was extremly low, and I stayed and completed 3-hrs of dusting on 50 or more what-nots,book individually. The house required the 8-hours of cleaning."
"Service Magic Pros application is unbelievable,it makes all the lead info accessible to you on the go. So when I called KC she asked could I clean her daughter's townhome and we only have an 2hour window which was 4:30pm-6:30pmShe gave me her daughter's contact info, after speaking with her I was able to get a crew together and was their at 4:25pm. Meet with daughter,ask what was her needs and we went from there. This was the first emergency 2hr window cleaning request and we was told by the daughter how thankful and pleased she was, and to get an 5 star rating and comment from the mother is amazing, thanks KC."
"Meet with Deb and husband on 6/30/12 requested detail cleaning, because the home was vacant for two years,my challenges to meet was the 18 windows/sills/screen,baseboards,master bathrm,oven,tile/grout stated that their plans was to move in by 7/7/12, so I committed my self to starting the job on Sunday July 1,2012 after I got out of church services. We didn't leave until at least 85% of the home was completed on Sunday I came back the next day with 1 worker to finish-up cleaning the window blinds,spot cleaning the walls,we washed all door and trimmings. Sorry we wasn't able to satisfy you 100%,I tried. Wow,thanks for the 4.67 RATING!"
