They did an excellent job for us.  we had them vacuum up the water and pull back carpet and remove the wet pad.  We completed the drying ourselves after they left.

We looked them up in the yellow pages and they appeared to be local.  They were actually located in Orlando, this caused a slight delay in their arrival.

They di rremediation after water overflow on floor. I thought there parces were very high. They took off wood work and told me it would be replaced after drying. It was tossed instead. they did deduct from bill whoen I complained. l thought their bill collections methods were heavy handed.

We had a flood in our house from a plumbing leak. Dryfast came out and responded to dry out the house. They worked very well with our insurance and filed all necessary paperwork. They were very nice to work with and very professional. They had good advice as to how to work with and engage the insurance company.

They were selected and called out by my home insurance company, USAA. They did a professional, quick job. Really appreciated the quick response and thorough work they did. I'd gladly use them again if I needed this type of service.

The company was very professional and tried everything the industry had to offer regarding drying out wood flooring. Due to length of time under water, the effort was unsuccessful.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. They were very prompt in getting two gentlemen out to do the job. I called at 10:00am in the morning and she had them out by 11:45am. They first looked at what needed to be done and came back in a few hours with their equipment to get the job done. I had major water damage from a leak in my sunroom, that was from a very bad roof repair. I got more than my moneys worth. They removed everything. Cleaned everything. Brought in all of these machines to sanitize everything, there was black mold growing so they left this machine in there for three days running to make sure the whole room was completely free of any infectious mold spores. They wiped down what I wanted to save with this special cleaner and took away everything else. They were there all day working hard until 6pm. I would recommend them. I have had bad experiences with other companies with trying to get them out in an emergency and they defiantly came through. Eddie and his partner, I can't remember his name were great to talk to and it was a pleasure meeting them.

Their bill was exorbitant for the work performed and included charges for multiple services that they did not do. Also watch out for the mark-up on the square footage.
