From the moment I talked with Nate (Owner), I knew I wanted him to do the job. I was amazed that he came out later that evening (same day service!) to help. Nate was professional in every sense of the word. He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. He had to get up on the roof because the clog could not be cleared from the ground. He fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. He is honest and a welcome relief from so many unprofessional contractors I have dealt with in the past. I would hire him again and HIGHLY recommend this professional.

Nathan is a very caring, honest and ethical young man. Even tho it was lightning intermittently, he got up on the roof and hurriedly completed the task proficiently. He gave me good advice to avoid this problem again. I heartily recommend him to everyone.

this young man had been recommended by a neighbor awhile back so I called him; he responded immediately that he would be here late in the afternoon by the time I got back from a meeting; he was quick, efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough; he went above and beyond to educate me about products and assure me that I probably do not have any roots growing into my system; I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs; he is reasonable and caring in his billing too

PERFECT! Nathan (owner) Drain Commander checked the outside (sewer clean-out line) and discovered that it contained water and the problem was a clog in the main line. He used a devise to go into the clogged sewer line to find the problem. He went in over 110 feet until he felt the clog and then broke it free. All toilets and the drain in the tub and shower worked. He actually helped clean up the mess in the shower. Very professional. ($200) On Thursday, August 18, 2016 he returned because there was a problem with one of the toilets as it did not flush properly. My son helped plunge it free prior to his visit. However, Nathan used a devise (not a snake) and was able to remove some toilet paper. He even offered a discounted price. ($60) I would use Drain Commander again and again in a heart beat. Professional, on time, keeps you informed/explains, cleans up, very fair price

When the old irrigation timer stopped working properly, we put in a call the Drain Commander. He came over and said he thought it was the unit but not 100% sure. He asked if we'd rather have someone who specializes in irrigation systems take a look since he couldn't guarantee it was the timer unit. Since we've used him before, we trusted his judgement and asked him to put it in and see if that resolved the problem. Not only did it resolve the problem, we also learned that the past owner had plugged in the old electrical adapter for the unit in the attic. It was defective and so hot he could barely touch it. If we'd waited a few more days, we could have had an attic fire. Feeling so thankful tonight! This is a local, family owned company and the owner, Nate Murch, is such a pro! We've used him before and will use him again. If you need plumbing work, do not hesitate to call the Drain Commander.

The owner, Nate, arrived a few minutes early, took out the old toilet in what seemed like record time to me, then installed the new one. He came complete with shop vac and cleaned up everything so nicely! I am not used to repair people being so neat. He is very professional and his prices are hard to beat. This is a family owned company and I love being able to support small business people in my own community. I already talked to him about future work and feel blessed to have such an honest, caring plumber to rely on! Thanks, Drain Commander!

I contacted Nate to clean out a kitchen drain line and he called back to set up an appt for the next day, 12-2.  The next day at 12 sharp, Nate called and explained that his truck had broken down and was being towed in for repairs.   He was upset that others had cancelled their appts and pleaded with me not to cancel if i didn't have to and i said i understood , that you cannot control when your vehicle breaks down.  Asked him to please stay in contact as he hoped to make it out that day.  By 6 when i hadn't heard i called him back and left a message.  At 8 that night he returned my call and said the truck was still in for repair, they had to order a part and it should be ready in the morning.  He gave me the same appt, 12 -2, and I said No Problem, i just wanted it taken care of.  At 12 i called to see if he was still coming and left a message.  No return call.  After 2 i again called, no return call.  By 5ish i texted him and still no response.....and 2 days later there is still nothing.  No call, no apology, nothing.  I hung in there for him and this is not the way to do business!    But fortunately for me, I got help from another plumber from Angie's List over the phone....he helped me clear the drain with a "trick" over the phone and only asked that when i really needed a plumber, to call him.  And i will.

The owner, Nate Murch, arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed to repair it, then returned with the supplies and got the job done. He had my water back on in about 2 hours including getting the parts. He even cut out extra tree roots near the lines that could have caused future problems. Loved that he was proactive when many companies would have left the roots in hopes of more work for them. This is the only company I will use and highly recommend him!

Nate is a small business guy. So his prices are reasonable and he hustles to get the job done correctly. He did a great job and is eager to help you, on your schedule. Worth keeping his card on hand for future issues!

We couldn't flush2 toilets. After plunging, backed up into tubs. Called Drain Commander at 6:30 pm, on Saturday. Serviceman was here in 20 minutes. Looked at problem. Went up on roof and augered roof vents. Toweling paper found in vent. Problem solved in timely manner. Serviceman very personable and professional. He knows his business, with reasonable rates. Has military and Angie's List discounts.

The owner, Nate Murch, came to my home on a Sunday morning to rescue me when I had a broken main water line and the water shut off to my home because of it. He quickly located the problem, went to purchase the parts, was back in a flash and had the repair made very quickly. Not only was he quick, efficient and honest, he was very caring and professional. Even though the work he did was outside, he was extremely neat and put all the dirt back that the prior bad plumber who caused the leak and refused to admit it, Shamrock Plumbing, left thrown all over the place. Drain Commander will be the ONLY company I call when I have a water problem! I wish all contractors were as great as this guy! I would highly recommend his services! If you call his company, you will be treated right and honestly. Drain Commander is the BEST in my book!
