It cost $75 for three months. I get a discount because I have a termite bond with them. I've used them 13 years for a termite bond and I've never had any problems with termites. In May, I asked them to treat my house for a roach problem. I was having several roaches enter my house through plumbing. In one treatment, they were able to remedy the problem and I have not seen a roach in my house in three months now. Price for their services is an A, because when I shopped around there were more expensive services. The came out the very next day. They were right on time. He was very professional. He dressed properly. He showed me his I.D. and he had a shirt with the company name on it. I do plan to use their services in the future. I am considering using them for my lawn care also.

They are very informative whenever you have any questions or concerns about your lawn. They explain to you what is going on and what the problem might be and try to help correct it.
My husband takes care of the bills so I am sure the price is reasonable or he wouldn't be using them.

Their technician, Mike, explained in detail what the issue was with the lawn and the reason it could have occurred. He applied some treatment and thought it should grow back in a few weeks. It has been less than a week and my trouble areas look great! The tech was very professional and on time for my appointment.

Everything has been great-- my lawn is like a golf course. I used a number of other providers before but none have compared to Dr Jack's. They will come out on extra visits if needed and always have a speedy response. While selling my old home, the first thing that the appraisers and inspectors complimented was the lawn.

We had been having a terrible problem with cockroaches. We had used a couple of other pest control services in the area but they were not successful in completely solving our problem. After one treatment from Dr. Jack's we had hundreds of dead bugs and we haven't had the problem since. Dr. Jack's treats our home every three months; they are professional and thorough.

I have been using Dr. Jack's for about a year now. I am so impressed at how my yard looks. When they took over from another company, I was contemplating re-sodding my front and back yards. My front had always been nice but had really fallen into a mess-weeds everywhere and dead spots.
Dr Jacks has changed the way my yard looks!! I have had several compliments from neighbors.It's amazing what doing one's job properly does. My lawn is beautiful. No re-sodding was necessary!!

I have been please with their services. I'm not a pro on services, but they were very prompt, came when they said they would, shut the gate as I have animals, and are very polite. I have been very pleased with them. They are also very personable, dependable, and do well with their chemical use.

They do a fine job. We've had them for many years. It has been at least 15 years. They charge $62 a quarter and they come out 4 times a year. They seem to keep the lawn in pretty good shape. We also use them for pest control. We've had problems with ants and they will come out and do a special spray if we require it. The pest control is $78. We haven't compared their prices but we think it is reasonable for the service. The results of their service seem to be okay.

They take care of the lawn and they do a good job of keeping it green and keeping it fertilized. If we were not there, they would leave sufficient written documentation. If they were here, someone would come to the front door and notify us of their arrival before they start walking around the yard. They do a fairly good job of communicating. They were fairly priced.

They did a very good job early on, but toward the end they did not do well at all. I referred them to two neighbors for the yard service and both lawns declined significantly. For one, Dr. Jacks denied fault and refused to repair the damage. For the other they said they tried to make it better but were unable to. For me they were just not doing as good a job as I thought they should have. I had to mark the weeds with flags to get them to find them and spray them. For pest control they were fair, but in my opinion did not keep their promise to send someone out to resolve issues in the time promised. I needed to move on to a new company.

"Our records show that we began servicing the member's home lawn, shrubs and interior pest control in September 2009. We provided our services for 5 years and worked hard to keep the landscape looking its best and control the household pests to meet our customers expectations. Our records indicate that we returned 21 times over the 5 years at no charge to address different landscape and pest concerns. Some pests are more difficult to control that others and we did have some difficulty controlling chinch bugs at times that were encouraged from drought conditions in the member's lawn. Chinch bugs have become more difficult to control in recent years due to irrigation restrictions and pesticide resistance. We installed some grass plugs to repair the damage but the customer decided it was time to try someone else. We appreciate the member's for having given us the opportunity to provide our services to them and for working with us to solve their pest control needs."

I paid $88 for the quarter and that is without the service for the yard and the plants. The technician is Jeff and he is excellent technician and is the one that performs the service. Roger is the horticulturist and he also does a very good job.
