Doc Watts did a superb job! I chose them after researching a number of electrical contractors. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive and their experience and knowledge of whole house generators was far above the other contractors. The installation was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them!

After setting up an appointment to quote the job, Doc Watts was 45 min late with no heads up. They took all the information and said it would be 1-2 days for a quote. It’s now been 8 days. Every day I’ve called I get told it will be just a few more hours. I keep being told they will call me back. The receptionist Ashley is very pleasant and helpful but the estimator continues to miss commitments.
