Dioko Solar Energy Installers Inc.

Wanted a solar hot water system installed about two years ago.  Was contacted by a salesman, Mark, representing "Barefoot Solutions".  Dioko Solar Energy installers put in the system using Aurora Solar Collectors.  This system had a ten year warranty plus lifetime limited warranty.   I found out that the installers, Dioko, out of Orlando, never pulled a permit for this work and may not have had a license to do this work in Sarasota County.  I found this out when a "freeze plug" blew out, did not reset and caused a stream of water down the side of the house.  I could not reach any of the phone numbers ( out of service, no return of messages, etc.)
Finally, Carl L. Heinrich of Dioko came by and supplies a temporary fix.  This problem was finally fixed after several months of waiting, calling.   Next a mixing valve stuck, which did not allow me to adjust the temperature.  I Finally, after weeks of calling with no response, went to a local pluming supply for parts and did the repairs myself.   
 Today, I discovered that the solar panel that sends electricity to the water pump was not working.  I tried the phone numbers I had and the phone numbers listed on Angie's list with no success.  One number was out of service.  The next was "not taking calls".
So, As you can see, I have had a lot of frustration getting work done, or even getting through on the phone to;  Barefoot Solutions,  New Horizon Pluming/ Dioko Energy.
