Bradley arrived earlier than promised but he called first to let me know he would be here sooner. He was professional, polite, and tidy. The installation was done quickly and with no mess left behind. Bradley patiently provided an overview of how the new system works. I'm totally satisfied with his work and will engage Delta Doors in the future.

It went well.

The installation went great, they arrived on time and began work immediately. In addition to installing my garage door openers they also installed a set of vinyl rollers on the single car garage door.

They weren't about to have someone come out until Wednesday. JB came out and said that the emergence cord had been disconnected. It took about 2 seconds for him to correct and it worked perfectly afterward. The service charge was $85 I was told that I would get a free estimation but he said that it was only for door replacement and not repairs. I ended up paying $75 cash and I still think that was exurbanite for what was involved. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Very friendly, knowledgable. I was sure I would need a new door this one
was very jammed up and parts bent, we couldn't even close it without finally just undoing the cable and pulling it down to await service. . They said they could fix it and get
more life out of the door for me. They did it in under an hour and
affordably. Adjusted my spring, lubricated parts and straightened
what we had bent. Two weeks later and my door is still working
beautifully. Would definitely use again and recommend them to others.

The gentlemen were very nice, ask what we needed, did not try to sell me on anything we didn't need, were fast and efficient!

It was an OK experience. I contacted them and they set up a date/time to provide an estimate. The price was very reasonable so we proceeded to schedule a date to install the door/garage opener (Wed). We paid the additional fee to upgrade the door to the insulated model. Unfortunately the door installed was the non-isulated model. I spoke with them the next day and they immediately agree there was a mistake and that they would install an insulation kit which was described as better than what is provided with the insulted door. We scheduled a date for them to install the insulation kit (Friday). However, they did not show up or call to let us know that they weren't showing up. I called them and was notified that the insulation kit was not available and it would have to be ordered. After more than a week without any contact. I again called them to find out the status. I was told it would be there in a few day and again we scheduled a date to install the kit. Once again they did not show up or call to let us know they were not showing up. This occurred a total of three times. On the fourth scheduled visit, (after almost 4 weeks of waiting), they did show up to install the kit.
All the work was done well and professionally and each time I spoke with them they were polite and apologetic. They also refunded the insulation fee. Unfortuantely they are extremely poor on communicating. We had to schedule to be home multiple times and then they wouldn't show up or provide a courtesy call that they weren't coming.

Delta took approximately 2 hours to remove our old door and install the new.

Called Delta Door Systems around 8:15 and gave them the info on my garage door problem (would go up, but not down). They said they could have someone out around 10:00 - 12:00. Lloyd showed up at 11:50. He looked at the system and determined a circuit board had become faulty (it was a very old system). He said a new board would cost around $200, or I could get a new system for $300. I opted for the new system and he replaced the old one in 45 minutes. He did a great job for a reasonable price in a short time and I didn't have to wait long to get it repaired. It was an excellent experience and I would gladly use them again.

Contacted via email. Received a call back early a.m. next business day. They arrived promptly at appointed time. Work was done in a timely manner. No complaints. Would reccomend or use again.

Broke our second torsion spring this morning. Didn't realize the first spring was broken until after the technician came out and looked at it. Called Delta at approximately 10AM. They had tech here by 11:30 and job done in under an hour. Very proficient and professional. Did job for price quoted over the phone. Will definitely use them again for any additional garage door issues.

They were really good. I called at 8:15am and they were done with the service by 10:30. I was very happy with their service.

Called them at 3 Pm today and reported a broken spring. They were finishing up another job so they said they would call when they were finished. By 4:15pm they had replaced both springs, lubed the rollers and given me an Angie discount and were backing down the driveway. Great service I'd say.

Fantastic service! Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Technician showed up on time and service was completed quickly and efficiently. I have other properties in addition to my residence and I will always use Delta when any of the garage doors need servicing!

Terrific experience.  

The experience went very well. I called them after my home warranty company wouldn't cover the spring repair. Delta Door was $80 cheaper than the warranty company's contractor. I called Joe at almost 5pm on Tuesday. He tried to get his guys to my house that night but couldn't get them until Wednesday morning. They quickly replaced the springs, greased the hinges and tightened up the chain. They accidentally made the opener's sensitivity too high, so they came back and adjusted that when we called back in the afternoon. Fast, friendly and reasonable. I hope we don't have any more garage door troubles, but I will call them if we do.

They went out of their way to get the job done for me. They came out the same day I called; they were very responsive. I absolutely would use them again.

As a retired General Contractor, I understand the importance of time and service. Delta was on time not only for the estimate but the instalation. They were very professional and even cleaned up after themselves. Out of the 3 estimates I got, they were by far the lowest

No problem at all.

I called at 10 am to place my service call and the technician arrived by 11:30am. I would rate my technician JB high in professionalism and good people skills. He knows doors and he fixed mine fast.
