concrete repair
+ -1 moreAlthough we were overall happy with the work once it was done, the office staff was not very responsive in communicating the scheduling for the work. Therefore we were led to believe that the work would be performed on a given day, only to find out late in that day that the technician was re-routed to another address and would have to come to our house later in the week. Once she came to the house, her work was exemplary and she was very professional and courteous.
Description of Work: Jimmy drilled weep holes to facilitate water runoff and cleaned the deck in preparation for resurfacing the deck. He sent a technician out to do the actual deck painting, and we found her to be very hard working and professional.
