"Contracted Service: OUTSIDE ONLY window cleaning and pressure washing of the driveway. Before we started the service , customer was oriented that 1 window (left side/corner of the house) had a considered amount of white spots (hard water stains ) and it wouldn't come clean with the standard window cleaning service we provide (we do not do acid work treatment). Customer understood and ask to proceed. We started by pressure washing the driveway and then washed the outside windows. Service was completed and customer paid for the service. She called the same day , evening, complaining about the same window in particular (left side/corner), that we had previously discussed . I went to explain again that the problem with that window in particular , was hard water stains and we don't do acid work as i had statement before started the service. She understood and was OK. 6 days later she called us back saying some windows looked dirty. I asked her how many windows she was talking about and her answer was, all of them! She kept saying that she had contracted a company years before and the results were better. And she had done the inside and outside. I suggested her to get the inside done. We are in business for 10 years and we take pride on what we do. We always explain what a customer can expect from a cleaning service. A standard outside WINDOW CLEANING won't remove stains (as hard water, iron, over paint, sealer, calcite) that only other treatments will do.
