I think they were pretty good. I was not there but my husband told me they were pretty professional and he found something broken and we asked him to come back to fix it but it will cost probably $250. Everything is fine. Everything is good but the pricing for fixing the parts is expensive.

.We were having the usual problem of the central air system just not
keeping up in the dead of summer. We have had this problem before in the
past and other companies have charged us crazy fees or recommended
absurd servicing if we were able to get them out to look at the unit at
all! I called Brent and he came out the same day. He was here when he
said he would be. He even called when he was on his way.
Brent came in and went to work. He was thorough, checked everything and
instead of trying to sell me on a coil cleaning and who knows what else,
simply charged me for that I needed...a little freon. His charge was
more than fair and we were never rushed or even talked down to. He was very informative.
A few days later, the unit was
ever so slightly having a hard time keeping up (during a crazy heatwave)
so I called Brent up and he stopped by again. We discussed the problem
and the possibility of a leak in the line coming into the house. We were
ready to pay to do the testing but he insisted we add just a bit more freon
and see how that works. If the problem happened again, he would come out
and do the line test. He told us what that charge would be but he did
not charge us at all for that days call!
I almost didn't call DC/AC because of the horrible reviews I saw on the free internet sites. I
realize now after reading them a little more closely, they are all
written by the competition and not true reviews. The bottom line is
this. If you are looking for that trusted local guy who's doing his job
and standing behind his work, Brent at DC/AC is your guy. When you call
his phone number....HE ANSWERS. No answering machine...no answering
service or secretary back at the shop. Right to the source! We've found our go to guy for all of our HVAC needs.

I got Brent's infoirmation from my previous landlord. At the previous residence Brent had been called for an emergency repair. He did not try to over sell the repair or overbill. The options he presented to the landlord were fair and appropriate. So when I purchaseed the new house He was my first call. He was a little late to the appointment but when he arrived he was very professional and helped me understand the ins and outs of the HVAC systtem in the house. I never felt like he was talking down to me, a common problem among HVAC techs I have worked with in the past. He was honest about future needs for the system and I will be using him in the future.
