 + -1 moreIT'S VERY GOOD. HE'S THE BEST BUILDER AROUND. HE'S DONE IT FOR A LOT OF YEARS, FOR ABOUT 30 YEARS. HE SUBCONTRACTS MOST OF THE WORK. IT DEPENDS ON THE JOB, BUT HE HAS ADEQUATE HELP.
Description of Work: IT WAS A NEW RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION, ONE HOUSE.
