DAVE'S LOCK & KEY INC

These folks are so nice. Originally Dave attempted to diagnose and fix over the phone at no charge. I got a replacement look for nothing from the door company, (it was still under warranty). Once I received the new lock from the company, Dave's people came out and installed the new lock.

Pete was very professional and courteous. He did exactly what he promised to do. He gave me fair pricing. The also fixed my door knob at no charge because he said I would need a new one in the very near future. When it is time to buy that door knob or any other locks I will definitely call Dave's

The person that answered the phone was able to identify over the phone that the lock was a model that was under recall. They gave me the number of the manufacturer who then replaced the lock for free (and a couple others that were the same model).

It was a very pleasant service. They are honest in general. He did exactly what he is going to do. We didn't know he is working in our house by the time he was done. He was prompt. He was quiet. He was quick.

It was fine. We had no complaints. He does a lock and he did a good job. He came when he said he would. He was professional.

Came when they said, did what they said they would do and charged what they said they would charge. They even saved me a couple by showing me how to do some of the things myself.
I won't use anyone else.

Made contact after being referred by a different locksmith. Gave a cost over the phone, Brought my vehicle to their shop and was done in half an hour.

I met the locksmith on-site and walked him through the project. He got back to me with an estimate and completed the work as scheduled in a professional and timely manner.

While the initial phone call to set the appointment up went well, spoke with the owner of the business and was clear on the type of locks we wanted installed, and he was able to make an appointment for the next day, when the workman came (on time) he was not on the same page. He had no clue as to what he was supposed to install, and tried to sell us on another type of lock. We told him what type of lock we wanted. He did begin the installation, however, it took the better part of the day, and had to leave because he didn't have all the parts necessary to complete the job. Frustrating experience overall. Moreover, I found it odd that no receipt was issued. (Perhaps this is typical in this type of job)?

THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE HERE WHEN THEY ARE SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE. I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL.
