DAN'S FAN CITY

The gentleman who works at the Orlando shop is extremely helpful. He spent considerable time with us as we selected fans and fan blades. We shopped for light kits on separate occasions and his service was consistently professional, patient, and helpful. He even threw in a couple of screws that we needed to replace for an existing light cover at home. The showroom is not large but has a considerable variety of fan types, blades, light kits, wall switches, and fan pulls. Prices range from very affordable to high end.

We went the the Leesburg, FL location.  The staff was great/knowledgable.  Helped us select 6 fans / lights based on the dimensions of each room.  They have so many choices that it can be overwhelming.  So we actually went in and did a general look around before returning with all of our room information and ideas.
The installation was done the following week, by their contractor.  Again he was efficient.  Explained what he would be doing.  Then went over the fan features.  We had 3 different models that we had chosen.

We went to Dan's Fan City on a recommendation since we did not see what we wanted at the big box stores. The salesperson who met us and helped us was evidently the father of the owner and he had been in the fan business for many years. He was the epitome of what a salesperson should be. He was fully informed about his products (specifications, quality, price) and those of the industry in general. His explanations were clear, complete, and to the point. He was very friendly without being pushy, answered all of our questions and gave us tips. If we need another fan, we will go there.

I stopped by Dans Fan City out of curiosity, to see what their selection was like. I was greeted very personably and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. There was no hard sell - I was given a catalog with our discussion items marked so I could take it home and decide what I wanted. When I left that day I knew I would be going back to purchase my fans there. Installation was scheduled very promptly just a few days after purchase. The electrician who came was prompt and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently and answered my questions about pricing on some future plans I had. I will be returning to purchase fans for the remainder of the house very soon.

It went well, they went above and beyond in offering advice on a fan they did not even sell me.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. SALES PERSON TOOK TIME TO HELP US AND EXPLAIN HOW WELL THE OUTDOORS FANS WOULD HOLD UP.VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE FANS.
