D and D Garage Doors

Awful. I’ve never had more problems with my garage than I have since using this company

They replaced a broken garage door spring with a spring that was not rated for my door. When I started getting hung doors which cost hundreds of dollars to repair, I called them to fix it and they said they only have a 90 day warranty. I explained two garage door companies stated the damage was because of an inadequate spring. They refused to pay for the repair.

The operator/dispatcher was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician arrived soon after the call. The repair seems very well done and the garage is quieter and smoother than it has ever been.

Technicians were extremely knowledgable and professional. Their work was excellent . They arrived on time. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Very few details. The technician games to my house and analyzed the problem (the door could not be lifted either manually or electronically). He then replaced the large spring at the top of the door. The door now opens and closes as it should . He did all the work necessary in less than an hour. He was polite and pleasant to talk with.

I DELAYED THE INSTALL TILL I COMPLETED AND RECIEVED MY TAX REFUND; THEN SINCE I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT, BECOME CONCERNED ABOUT THE SCREEN NOT ABLE TO FIT IN MY ONE CAR GARAGE; MARK LANG CAME OUT TO MEASURE THE OPENING AND REASSURED ME THE SYSTEM WOUL FIT; SO SCHEDULED INSTALLATION DAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK WHEN THE COMPANY RELIZED THE PRODUCT HAD TO COME FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE IN SARASOTO. THE INSTALLER WAS LATE ARRIVING AT 315PM BUT GOT TO WORK; THEN HE IS ON PHONE CONCERNED THE SCREEN MAY NOT CLEAR THE TRACK FOR THE DOOR; AFTER SEVERAL CALLS HE FINALLY GOT TO WORK; OF COURSE I FORGOT TO ASK HOW LONG THE INSTALLATION WOULD TAKE AS i NEED TO BE AT A MEETN GAT 630PM; HE MOVED A LITTLE QUICKER THEN DISCOVERED HE WAS MISSING A PART NEED TO ATTACH THE SLIDING DOOR ON THE FRAME; HAD TO WAIT OVER NIGHT TO CLARIFY HE COULD RETURN EARLY FRIDAY MORNIGN TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. LOVE HAVING THE DOOR OPEN AND THE SREEN DOWN TO KEEP OUT NOT ONLY BUGS BUT LEAVES! I GET A WONDERFUL CROSS BREEZE INOT THE APPERTMENT WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN AND THE DOOR. ALTHOUGH FEW HICCUPS EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND WOULD DO IT AGAIN; OF COURSE I CAN TAKE THIS SCRENN DOWN IF/WHEN I MOVE

We bought our garage door through another company and they used D And D to install it. They did a really good job. They installed the garage door for us about two months ago. It went really well and they did a good job. They were prompt and they were here when they said they would be. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were polite. We were really pleased.
