I am reposting this review with updated pictures taken today because the last pictures were not “up-to-date” enough for the owner. Apparently, the fact that they had to come back to try and finish the horrendous job they did less than a year ago in the first place is not enough of a red flag. Pictures 1-3 are for bathroom number 1 and pictures 4-6 are for bathroom number 2. Picture 7 is the original response I received where the owner finds it necessary to berate and insult my mother. You said the job was done 18 months ago? WRONG picture 8 shows when the contract was signed 7/8/21 and you still didn’t come for a month because you didn’t have the materials you needed. You said my mother got other quotes? WRONG D’Best was the only place she went to. Folks this is what $14,000 will get you from D’Best! A few shower tiles, bathtub and a new floor! Nothing else! No mirror, no sink, nothing else! Good try attempting to blame the calking issue on the cleaning agents being used THE BATHROOM HAS NOT BEEN USED DUE TO THE TERRIBLE STATE IT IS IN AND HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED AS A RESULT. It doesn’t surprise me you would refuse to take accountability, you’re more interested in trying to argue than you are in proving yourself to be a true professional. On top of it all, you also seriously struggle with reading comprehension so your responses don’t quite make sense. This time, make sure your response is clear, concise and grammatically correct so you don’t embarrass yourself anymore than you have already. HISPANICS AND ELDERLY BEWARE!!! You are his target audience, and the owner will gladly take advantage of you with the hopes that you will not be able to use social media to post reviews and pictures detailing the truth of the work they do at D’Best.

Simply put: You may want to check out BBB.ORG If you search, “Dbest Floorz” aka “Yogi Carpet”, you can read the complaints, not the fabricated reviews. The complaints are valid. Then you can ask yourself if you think that Dbest deserves your business. They have received a “D” rating for a reason. Still undecided? You may want to check out myorangeclerk.com and read the court litigations against YOGI CARPET or the owner. Deplorable. This month, their latest court tactic is to continually delay production of documents to the court. Maybe they do have something to hide? Last month, I made the mistake of being a Dbest customer. I purchased 2 rooms of carpeting/padding to be installed. They broke 4 of my 13” tiles surrounding the living room and told me AFTER they had broken them. They proceeded to bring the padding in for the bedroom, left it on the floor, and they said that they would return in 48 hrs. to install the bedroom carpet. The padding was soiled, stinky and disintegrated. Where did this padding even come from? With Covid-19 on the rise and my wife being a heart patient, I realized that it was too much of a risk to deal with this company, as they are untrustworthy and are indeed an embarrassment. Their uncouth business practices are a disgrace! I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau last night and it should be posted shortly. I’ve attached photos. Photos don’t lie. Buyer beware!!!!

Unfortunately, the installation crew used by the store was extremely sloppy and unprofessional. They did not use any plastic covering to protect our counters, appliances, etc. They cut the tile in the house instead of the garage so our home was covered in a sheet of thick dust. We have similar work in other homes before without this result. They left food and trash all over our home and actually drank all the water bottles we had in our refrigerator. The grouting was extremely sloppy and we have to touch up multiple areas on the walls where the grout was erroneously placed.In addition, the caulking job is extremely sloppy with multiple areas of caulk on the floor where grout should be. The caulk is white and the grout is dark brown so it is quite noticeable. I called to have this remedied and the installation manager said he would take care of it, but they already had full payment, so of course, this has still not been fixed.

They measured the house, i signed the contract, and after they started the dimensions changed and wouldn't continue until I paid more.
Later, they installed a cheaper linoleum than what we chose, and did it wrong.  They actually NAILED Metal Strips to the kitchen floor (even that was done wrong) to cover the part of the linoleum pieces that did not match!!!
They promised the work would get done in a week.  This was the stipulation for the purchase of services...it took over a month,..and still never got done.
I went to the store to complain that it didn't get done.  He asked why it took so long to complain.  I said my mother had just passed and I was out of the country dealing with that.  He responded "well since it's under her name, and she isn't here, you have nothing to complain about".  I said I had power of attorney for years and that this was rude.  He said we were done here, escorted me out and said he doesn't need my business.  
I am leaving 90% of the story out, but in short, even the police said they are known for being mischievous.  There have been many calls to them about D'Best.
Again, they did a terrible job, never finished the work, insulted my dead mother, and I have since moved out of the house so I con 
sider this an incredible lesson for others to learn from my huge mistake!

HORRIBLE! The installer that D'Best hired did not do a quality job. While installing our floors he left gaps in the grout, did not install tile in front of the stove, did not properly caulk the base boards, and also cracked out drywall in multiple areas! After calling the store multiple times and holding payments the supervisor finally came to our house and said that the job was unacceptable. His installer made multiple appointments to come fix the job and never showed up. Finally one day he showed up 2 hours late and his supervisor was here waiting for him, apparently the guy was let go. 
Terrible customer service from both the retail sales person and the installer. I do not recommend

Too long a story.  I'll get too upset to write it all down.  They stole, ruined my house, and are soooooo incredibly rude and disrespectful.  One physically cannot find a worse company of any type any where in the world.  Law suit on its way.

They did an okay job. We did have to call them to come back out to push the tacks down and they were a little hard to get a hold of and they showed up without letting us know when they were coming. Overall, they were okay.
