CREATIVE FLOORS

This was one of the smoothest projects that we have ever encountered when hiring an outside professional to perform work in our home. From the very beginning of viewing floor samples to the final install day, we encountered such professional service and treatment. Our sales representative, Chris Crane, was excellent. He was helpful and patient while we made a decision on product and then orchestrated the measuring and install logistics perfectly. The gentlemen who actually performed the work were punctual, hard working and very careful while handling our belongings and working in our home. The new hardwood is beautiful! We will definitely use Creative Floors again in the future and highly recommend them to others. Do not be enticed by companies that offer the lowest price.....go with the professionals at Creative and get a quality product with proper installation.

the day of installation the workers finished in 5 hours and carpeted 4 bedrooms.

They arrived on time and the day promised.  The material received was the material ordered.  The crew was courteous and professional.  They worked hard, efficiently and completed the job in 1 day.  
Tear out, floor sweep, new pad and carpet.  They moved the furniture, took down the beds and put them back together.  The house has  a wide open floor plan so the carpet seams were a concern.  They did an excellent job where the seams are not visible.
When things go well there not much to say.  They came, they worked, the cleaned up, and were gone in day.  It is fantastic to get what you expect in today's world of so so professionalism.

It went well. Tile was installed in bathrooms, utility room and on stoop. Wood were installed in foyer, kitchen, family and hallway. Manie, sales consultant was attentive with follow-up checking on progress. He is great in assisting you through the whole process. The tile installers and wood installers were top notch professionals.

We purchased our wood floors from Creative Floors. We dealt mostly with Nancy, the owner, who is very knowledgable and helpful. We are very pleased with the work. The installers worked quickly and over the weekend.

I own two vacation homes in Florida, and I live out-of-state. It is very difficult to find contractors who you can trust, especially long-distance, so I rely on Angie's List and the honest opinions of my fellow consumers.
I contacted two contractors with high ratings on Angie's List via the and quot;contact usand quot; button on the Angie's List website, as well as our local Lowe's Store. One of the contractors never replied to my inquiry, and the Lowe's quote wasn't that competitive. Then I got a chance to work with Nancy.
Nancy met my local property manager at my home to view the layout of our home as well as our existing carpet. The existing carpet was only 4 years old, but was quite worn. It was installed before we purchased this home. Nancy had some samples with her and made some recommendations based on the wear patterns she saw.
Nancy's quote was competitive, and it included her crew moving every single piece of furniture within our 5 bedroom home.
The new carpet looks great, and even better, when I had a question about a particular area after the installation was done, Nancy was out within a day to review the area with my local manager. I was concerned about a particular transition between the tile area and the carpet area, and Nancy did a great job addressing our concerns. Her company provides a two-year installation warranty, so I am confident that if we have any issues in the future Nancy will be easy to work with.
It is tough finding contractors when I live out-of-state, so I was very happy to find Nancy and Creative Floors, and I am happy to add to their list of and quot;Aand quot; reviews on Angie's List.

I went to Creative Floors after being told at another store (Room at a Time) that the Mohawk flooring that I wanted was being discontinued. Not only did Creative Floors have the laminate that I wanted, they had a much larger selection that made me second guess my decision! The store has late hours several days a week which made it easy for me to go to
the store after work and see their awesome selection. The salesman, Manny, was personable, professional, and very easy to work with. I picked out a bunch of samples that I liked, and we scheduled a time for him to come and measure my house.
There was a mix-up, and Manny actually put my appointment on the wrong week. Because my mom had made a special trip to my house to help me pick the floors, he still came out to my house though it was after hours, bringing all of the samples that I liked with him. How many salesmen will come out late on a Friday night? He also stayed for a couple of hours because I was so indecisive.
They were able to work with me on the price, which I also appreciated. Manny couldn’t lower the price without his
supervisor’s approval, but Nancy called me and was able to bring it down a bit so that I was comfortable with the number.
The workers were on time the day of installation, and they were friendly, efficient, and professional. They did a beautiful job, and it only took them a day and a half to get the entire house done. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was that they didn’t putty the nail holes in the quarter round. I guess that’s considered “finishing work,” but I think that it should have been clarified at the beginning of the process. Manny knew that I wasn’t happy about that, and he didn’t charge me the second half of the bill until the issue was resolved which was a classy thing to do.
Overall, I was very impressed by the store selection, by the people that I worked with, and by the end result. I absolutely love my floors and I have recommended the store to both my family and friends.

Everything went exactly right! They go out of their way to help you through the whole thing, selecting the pattern, setting up an installation date, etc. They were on time and Mark, once again, did a beautiful job (by himself) of tearing up the old vinyl, preparing the floor, gluing the new vinyl down and finishing the edges perfectly. They had to move and replace our refrigerator and stove and did that very efficiently, as well. I just can't say enough about Creative floors. I will recommend them to everyone.

They installed our dining room and living room floors in October and I knew this would be as good.

Very nice people but here is my issue. The company changed my install time and DID NOT INFORM US TO THE CHANGES. We prepared for the installers to arrive at 9am. At 10:00 we called and were informed that the time was changed. They were very apologetic but the fact was we felt taken advantaged of. Here we were waiting and no one ever called to confirm or to change the install time. They did give us a credit of $100.00 for our time. And it is appreciated but there is a lack of follow up which is why the ratings!

We are thrilled with our new sheet vinyl floors. It looks so much like wood, which is what I was hoping for.
At Creative Floors, Manie was very friendly and helpful, spending almost an hour on the proper choice for our floors. When he came to do the measuring and estimate, (at the exact time he said he would be here) he brought samples along in case I might prefer a lighter shade. I stuck with my original choice and am so happy with our floors. I wish I had done this 5 years ago.
Our installer was Mark. He paid great attention to every little detail and left me feeling great about the quality of his workmanship.
He answered any questions we had to our satisfaction.
It was a two day job. He arrived right on time both days, taking only a short lunch break and putting in a full day’s hard work. Mark was also very friendly and courteous.
I will be asking them to do our kitchens and bathrooms this Spring!

Excellent service from the beginning, from owner Bob and his installation crew. Got a fair price on quality products and installation was accomplished on schedule. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended.

I personally believe in writing a review like this when it is well deserved and on an entirely unsolicited basis. From my initial meeting with Mr. Bob Campbell at the Southland Blvd. store, the interaction and customer service was unmatched by anyone else in the flooring industry. He was very patient, honest and straightforward with recommendations. His installers: Omar, Nestor, Fred and Casey are the best I've ever seen in all my sixty plus years of life. They are very conscientious, courteous and meticulous. These are true craftsmen. The overall experience is one of total satisfaction. I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. In an era where exceptional customer service has virtually disappeared from most industries, Bob Campbell and his team definitely sets the "standard of excellence" for their competitors. I would highly recommend Creative Floors to anyone in the market for flooring.

I did my research and they seemed to be the best for the money. They were very good on price, very reasonable, the quality of the workmanship is fantastic, follow up if I ever need it, I am sure it will be there for me. The workman they have are fantastic and I will absolutely use them again.

We were very pleased with their services. They are very professional. They do an excellent job. They deliver quality service at a reasonable price. Their workers are patient and very helpful. We have used them many times in the past. I would use their services in the future too.

It was wonderful. Bob knows just what to recommend based upon the area the flooring should go in. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. Bob also gave us great tips on how to minimize the dust during the demolition - which resulted in much less cleanup!

There were problems, but the end result was terrific. If we had been in town, I'm sure there would have been no problems.

Creative floors removed old tile and carpet. They took it all away. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent installation. The floors are beautiful. They cleaned up as they went along and kept the dust at a minimum. Bob and Don answered all questions and addressed any concerns cheerfully and thoroughly. We plan on using them again for the rest of the house.
